Coupons not honored
Bill p sent out a coupon book. One coupon was a ?bonus? coupon. Bonus would imply extra. Yet they would not honor it. What xx. Plus they charge you extra to use a credit card. Taking my business elsewhere

My experience was superb ! It was a low pressure high knowledge sale. Both salesman I worked with (Kane and Sean) were top notch in customer service and in sales knowledge.

Unethical poor business practices.
Spent a day negotiating a deal, just as I was about to go down to the dealership to test drive and purchase (this is the same day), they sold the car out from under me. Very shady business practice. I understand first come first serve, but good business practice would be we have another customer coming down to purchase this vehicle and cannot sell at this time. My guess is the other customer deal was more attractive to the dealership so I was thrown to the curb. Do not trust these people they are sheep in wolves clothing. Very nice and convincing over the phone but true colors show with their shady business practices and disregard for customer service.

Spent several days dealing on a suburban with a salesman
Spent several days dealing on a suburban with a salesman from this dealership. He made many claims that this vehicles was in excellent condition and was problem free. He was difficult to communicate with and would not listen to my requests. Every time we spoke it was as if it was our first time talking. Did not develop any rapport. We made an appointment to visit the dealership. The salesman promised to have the Suburban ready for us. When we arrived it appeared the Suburban had been used as a loaner and was very dirty inside and out. There was even a dirty sock left in the back seat. The paint on the car had many scratches some of which were down to the bare metal. The tires were almost completely bald and there was a terrible squeal from the belt drive system. Not one attempt was made to remedy the problems. We were basically shown the door. Wasted a 4 hour round trip to deal with this place.
