Certified MotorCar

It looks like many other used car lots in the area..but is FAR from them! This isn’t a “buy here finance here” sleazy rotted out vehicle lot. These are people who buy cars that are known to be good cars, with a good ownership history, and get people into them. My process with them 5 years ago was excellent and I’m still driving the car they sold me today.

Amazing dealership, very kind people that know what they are talking about. Worked with me to purchase a vehicle took their time with me. Very patient people I recommend that to anyone looking to buy any amazing vehicle they have in their lot!

I recently bought aToyota fj Cruiser from Certified. I can't say enough about this dealership. First off their vehicles are spotless inside and out their guy(s) that prep their cars do a great job. I came their twice to check out the vehicle that I purchased Tom and Lisa could not have been nicer to me. Absolutely no pressure dealership. They had no problem with me bringing my mechanic to the dealership to look the vehicle over. My mechanic went over everything from the frame to the engine. The vehicle is in great shape and was a good deal. Tom did the paperwork for the purchase in like 10 minutes and even put the papers I needed for the DMV all together in one package. I have been buying my cars from used car dealers for 30 years I have to say Certified Motor car customer service was by far the best. My next purchase will be from Certified Motor car.

We have been looking for a reasonable priced used car for a while, this dealer is local and had a number of cars for sale that were the brand we were looking for. Thomas the manager was great, no pressure just wanted us to be happy. He even let us come back to take the car to our mechanic to give it a once over. Easy to deal with and great experience. I’m glad there in my town!

The owners wife, I can’t remember her name, and Thomas was wonderful. The experience I got when purchasing my truck was seamless. I mean from the paperwork, to the test drive and all the way up until I was done was amazing. They didn’t rush, they got straight to the point and was efficient. They worked with my credit union. They have a buyer for life.

Recently I purchased a car from certified motorcar. I looked far and wide to find exactly what I wanted, and I found it at certified motorcar. For the car i was looking for, one owner and 82,000 miles sounded like a dream, but it turned out to be anything but that. I purchased the car under Roys word that it would pass inspection, I had told him I was from out of state, and that was my biggest concern. After purchasing the car on Roys word, we proceeded back to Maryland where I was turned away because of severe rust damage to the undercarriage. The damage was considered structural, to the body and suspension, and would cost over $5,000 in rust repair to get on the road. I now sit with a useless car, and Roys offer of $1000 to help with “unnoticed” rust. I put unnoticed in quotes because a new exhaust had just been put on, so there was no way it went unnoticed. Roy and his company are certified scammers, and no one should do business with people who will do or say anything to make a sale.

We had a wonderful experience with Certified Motorcar . Everyone was pleasant and very helpful. They answered all our questions we had. I highly recommend this place.
