Donnie Farmer and Shane Williams
My 70 year old mother was interested in purchasing a car. We went to numerous dealerships on Independence Blvd before stopping into Scott Clark Honda. She was already tired and ready to go home. Just when we thought our search was over your associate Shane Williams greeted my mother with a very cheerful smile and pleasant disposition. This won her over and we looked at the cars on your lot. Shane was extremelyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy patient with my mother and helped her find the car of her dreams. He made the entire experience fun with his witty personality. Once we decided on the car we met with Sales Manager Donnie Farmer. We haggled with the price a little bit and came up a price we could live with. Donnie has a great personality and really knows how to make you feel relaxed and part of the family. I would purchase a car from Shane/Donnie anytime.

don't stand with the words
very quality of service... sales persons will call people saying that they will beat price of other dealers by 500 dollars and when you actually show they will try to find escapes out of that... worst part is even their manager will help them to find escapes... This dealership will just kill your time...

Great experience
I drove a couple hours to purchase a vehicle at Scott Clark Honda after several weeks of internet research. I ended up buying a preowned ford explorer at a great price and also with a great warranty. J.B. and Simon were professional and polite. They made sure all my questions were answered and the vehicle I was interested in purchasing was in tip top shape. Despite being a honda dealership, they were knowledgable with Ford products and took time to familiarize themselves with the vehicle prior to my visit. Simon also emailed a video to me showing the condition and features of the vehicle prior to driving down. I will definitely do business with Scott Clark Honda again on the future.

TERRIBLE! Will never return to this dealership
My first experience at this dealership was fine. Then I made the mistake of going back. I went back for service on my car, with an appointment, and was not treated like a valued customer. I was not updated on the status of my car, as they promise, and had to continue finding my service guy to ask for an update. I decided maybe this was just the service department, since I had a decent experience with sales at first, so I went back to the sales department after receiving an email that I could get a discount on a new car if I trade in my old one. I figured I'd go ahead and try to learn more. Once it came down to price negotiating, the dealership stuck some arrogant finance manager on me who was extremely rude, disrespectful and offensive. He spoke to me in a sarcastic tone, as if he didn't want my business - again, not being treated as a valued customer. I reported this to the dealership and apparently this behavior is okay with them because THEY DID NOTHING ABOUT IT!! They just insisted that I come back in to the dealership and work with someone else. NO!! I can get a Honda from anywhere - why would I come back to a place that treats a FEMALE walking into the dealership alone with NO RESPECT? I even tried reaching out to the GM to avoid writing this review - IGNORED!! I can't wait until my lease is up. Scott Clark will never get my business ever again. Not Scott Clark Honda, Toyota, or any other dealerships. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP IF YOU ARE A FEMALE COMING IN THERE ALONE! They will not respect your negotiations.

The Vehicle Exchange Program
New GM, JB Beckley, made a very tough deal possible and was able to get me into a new 2014 EXL V6 Accord from my 2012 EXLV6. I also appreciate everyone’s efforts to get through the paperwork efficiently. Thanks to all and I love the new car!!

Awesome experience, I bought a car from Simon Diaz from Scott Clark Honda , I called several dealerships to find what I was looking for and Simon was on top of it from the first call , my hat goes off to him and the dealership, I live over a 100 miles from them and never left the comfort from my home not one time , after close to a week over the phone we closed our deal and they brought (my car):) to my house the same day , awesome costumer service and next time a think of purchasing another one they will b first on my list. Reggie Terry was my sales asscociate and he did an outstanding job!!!!! I know I made his job very challenging but throughout the car purchase he was very patient and did not make me feel like I was a processed customer! Simple - this place embodies the definition of "high...
Simple - this place embodies the definition of "high pressure." My salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable. However, the sales managers were very high-pressure (and a bit condescending), and called/texted me (I never agreed that text messages were acceptable communication in the first place...) at 9am on a Saturday, then 10am on a Sunday, and so on and so on until I finally told them to leave me the heck alone. I understand they're in a tough position to sell vehicles, but there's no need to disrespect my wishes as far as follow-up contact.
