I reached out to Wesley, the service manager, at least five times before he finally responded to a text message. I had an issue with paint peeling from a 2016 Honda Pilot and the corporate office denied the claim. The issue is well documented with this particular color (white), yet neither the dealership nor American Honda see it as their issue to resolve. Wesley never would call me but did finally text that he is not authorized to cover the cost of the repair and that when his car needed to be painted he paid for it and would do so again. My family has been loyal to Honda for decades. This makes me rethink my loyalty.

I went in for a kefob for my old car and left with my new CRV as a strange turn of events and I love my new car!!!!. Helwig was awesome and very Attentive during the whole process. We have been a long time purchasers of Honda and Scott Clark and would not have it any other way!!!

This dealer is good. It’s located very closely to Super G Mart. The staff there give quick response to customer’s concerns. By the way, I like the hot drinks there.
