Helwig was great, not pushy nor condescending to a woman purchaser. Enjoyed Helwig assisting me to Buy, not trying to Sell me something. The rest of the dealership people we encountered during our visits were friendly and helpful.

The work was done right. Unlike Honda Cars of Rock Hill who couldn’t fix anything without screwing up something else.Enough said, I’m just not a wordy dude.

Sales: great. DayVaughn gives good bargain. Service: meh. Took my 6 month old car in for oil change and asked them to top off my AC Freon. Well they needed to do a “dye, leak test and recharge the AC. 178$!!I could’ve bought a can of AC Pro for 40$ at Auto Zone and done it myself. Next time I will. Oh and they were “out” of the dye also. No explanations; just “here’s what it’ll cost to get your car back today.” No communication; sat waiting for 3.5 hrs. Oil change=30 mins. AC check and charge:45 mins. Never again.

Your AC system is a sealed system. If you were in need of refrigerant, then there is a breach (leak) in the system and simply "topping it off" would result in additional loss of refrigerant. You would be right back at square one. It is standard process to identify where the refrigerant is going, where it's escaping the system, and performing the necessary repair to stop it. That way, we can fix it once. We prefer to fix it the right way the first time. Most customers would be upset at a dealership fixing something that will need to be fixed again soon. Sure you can buy a can at a parts store, but it won't stop the leak and there most definitely is a leak. That would be like putting air in a tire that has a nail in it. It won't stop the leak. It will just prolong the inevitable repair that is necessary to solve the problem.

Great environment everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. The service manager made sure that all of my regular maintenance needs were addressed on my Odyssey.

Service for oil change and tire rotation is always slow....

Service for oil change and tire rotation is always slow. Need some work on making service faster and more efficient. Thinking about going elsewhere. my time is very valuable.

I went for a standard service B1 (oil change, tire...

I went for a standard service B1 (oil change, tire rotation) service today. When I scheduled the appointment, I was assured this would only take 60 to 90 minutes as I needed to leave for military duty this afternoon and could schedule it earlier if necessary. When I arrived (on time), I was approached by a service rep (I believe his name was Chris). Either way, this was the guy who logged my Key Tag 994. This guy clearly just woke up, had no name tag, was super rude and even had eye curst. He told me my wait time was 2 – 4 hours. I explained the timeframe what was originally given to me <90 min. He rudely responded there is nothing you can do; I need to wait. I explained my situation and my frustration on the matter. The service guy immediately turned to coworkers and said, “who does this girl think she is”. The other guys nervously looked at me, knowing I could plainly hear him. I asked the onlooker if there was a problem here, he said no, Chris drove off. He came back 10 min letter and advised the new lead time would be 2 – 3 hrs. since they are backed up. I asked him if they would provide me with a shuttle or rental service. He said no I don’t qualify for such services. I called my husband to let him know the situation, he immediately called and left a voicemail with a service manager named Westly about this whole ordeal. When he returned, I told him that I already said I cannot wait that long. He acted very immature and all but kicked me out. When I asked for his name he ask if I would like to speak with his manager. The manager said he would review the original service call (as if I was lying) and would get back to me. I never would have taken the 40min drive out there if I know the oil change would have taken 4 hrs. as if the customers time is of no value. Scott Clark took over an hour of my like and I didn’t even get service. I went to Christian Bros. who completed the same services in ~40 min at nearly ½ the co$t. A blessing in disguise I suppose. I will be saving lots of time and money going forward. Sadly, Scott Clark has been the only place we have been purchasing our vehicles and getting our service done since 2012. After a decade long relationship, it’s time to permanently part ways, I only hope they can correct their culture, so others don’t get treated so badly.

Air conditioner stopped working. They took care of...

Air conditioner stopped working. They took care of replacing the compressor in 1 day. Very clean and thorough. Has worked great since. Will be back
