I’d like to clarify that, in accordance with Ford Motor Company’s policy, we are unable to accept returns on any electrical components or parts that have been installed. This policy is in place for quality control and safety reasons, as once a part has been used or installed, it cannot be resold or guaranteed to function as new. We understand that this may be disappointing, especially if the part did not resolve the issue or if expectations were not met. However, this standard return policy helps protect both our customers and the integrity of the vehicle's systems. Please note that it was stated in your initial email that you discovered a wiring issue that was resolved and upon installing the original motor it began to work again. Had the item you ordered not been installed, as long as you had the original packing as received we would have been able to intiate a return for you and upon receiving after inspection issued a refund for the item. Please note this policy is also stated on our website under Returns & Refunds / Item Conditions: Products being returned must be unused, uninstalled and in their original condition. This means that the products should not have been modified, altered or damaged as a result of attempted installation or usage. I wish I would’ve read some of these reviews before I actually went in there. Beware when you walk in this place. Sat down with the salesman over two days made a deal. And of course, the trouble happens when I get to the finance guy. They gave me a pick up day and time to pick up the vehicle I signed for The day before the finance guy calls me and says you have to put more money down this is what they call a typical yo-yo scam not only that he said the deal is only good for people with 800+ credit score and he said that I told the salesman my credit score was above 800 which is completely not true he also said I lied about the payoff number for my trade-in but I actually gave them the payoff document from the bank in my opinion, stay away from this place at all costs

From the time I first contacted Levittown Ford over the Internet I was very satisfied with their response. I made an appointment to test drive a Maverick and walked out owning one. My salesman Jay Naureus was terrific. He immediately came off as honest,trustworthy and a professional car salesman. It definitely was not a high pressure sale. He listened to what I wanted and needed to make a deal. After shaking hands he had me meet with Rob Fowler in finance. Once again, very knowledgeable and professional. I was getting my own financing so we worked out the best extended warranty for me based on my needs and the amount of mileage I drive in a year. I highly recommend Levittown Ford!!!

We purchased a 2024 Ford Mach E from Levittown Ford on
We purchased a 2024 Ford Mach E from Levittown Ford on 6/9/25. We were encouraged to pay $500 for the level 2 charger and were told it would be sent in the mail within a week. After many phone calls, we still hadn't received it. At one point, we were told that it would be supplied by the installer, which was clearly not true. (The installer laughed at this when we told them.) We finally contacted Ford directly; they contacted the dealership, and the charger arrived promptly on 7/10. This was a big purchase for us, but it seems this dealership is more interested in making the deal than maintaining a happy customer relationship.

Was a no nonsense sales experience.
Was a no nonsense sales experience. No unexpected fees or xxxxxxxx. Highly recommend. One thing that can be worked on was closing took too long, but otherwise honest and fair transaction.
