Brian reached out after I was late for a test drive with another sales guy. Good knowledge of product and helpful in buying process. Stayed late to make sure i could drive the vehicle home. Came in on his day off to finalise the hand over.

This is my 3rd Infiniti, the Q60s coupe, all have been super reliable, no maintenance issues. Joe Fruzyna (general sales manager) demonstrates great care in the customer's experience, very responsive to my needs and also a friendly guy. Bill Mullarkey is the most conscientious sales person I have met, goes out of his way to aid you in evaluating options, then has great follow up after the sale to make sure you are happy. I truly feel that this dealership wants long term customers, as the people have always there for me long after I have driven off the lot.

I appreciated the thoroughness of the answers to questions via the Internet since this was the first time attempting to purchase in this manner. Out of all the various dealerships (variety of brands) I reached out to, most came back with a "canned" response. Gary took the time to answer specific questions I had about the vehicle of interest which sealed the deal to come in and test drive. Half the battle is getting the customer in the showroom!
