Scott was very straight forward with me on the purchase of my car. I was 500 miles away and the car was just as he described to me. I truly appreciate his honesty about the car, and the ride from the airport. Love the car!!!!!

Awesome Car Buying Experienxe

Let me tell you, as someone who was pretty green to the car buying experience (24 y.o. just out of college), this was by far the easiest and most relaxed dealership I have been to. Many others offer similar cars, but the service is what put this dealer leaps and bounds ahead in my opinion. Greg, the salea associate who helped me purchase a used Infiniti, was was patient and very helpful. We had very minimal conversation about price; because Greg listened to what price I was willing (and able) to pay and was able to match it exactly. Jacob, on the finance team, was able to get me a low rate for the car with the term I wanted that beat the banks offer by a full %1.0 Overall, I couldn't have been more pleased with my car buying experience at Infiniti of Clarendon Hills!

Look no further.....

My wife and I bought a QX60 on February 12th from Dave Arrich. What was so unique about our experience was that our deal was legitimately brokered over text messaging during the course of the afternoon. Dave was never aggressive and only called when I told him the deal was accepted. I found Dave to be knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly courteous to how the transaction began and ultimately finished. Actually to be fair the entire team we came across that evening were fantastic to work with. I often view an automobile purchase, as that of sitting in on a time share purchase. Extremely frustrating and quite annoying. Dave and his colleagues made me feel exactly the opposite. If you are interested in purchasing or leasing an Infiniti, give Dave a call. I would be shocked to find out if you were anything less than satisfied.

Look No Further....

I often view purchasing a vehicle as sitting thru a time share purchase consideration; annoying and aggravating. From the hard sell to the constant follow up of calls, still continuing making the hard sell as you walk out the door. This is exactly the opposite of how I felt dealing with Dave Arrich. My wife and I purchased a QX60 from Dave on February 12th and our deal was brokered over text messaging. When I went to fill out the paperwork and collect the vehicle, it was obvious I made the right choice. Dave was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He not only met my expectations but surpassed them. I strongly recommend Dave if you are in the market for an Infiniti. Dave and his colleagues were probably the best team (Dave, Jacob, and Joe) I have ever worked with in purchasing a vehicle. I would find it hard to believe, if you were anything remotely close to be being disappointed.

Dave Arrich is the Best

I recently purchased a Lexus LX470 from Infiniti of Clarendon. This was a cross-country buy and the vehicle was exactly as described. When issues arose, Dave went out of his way to help resolve. I drove the car back to my home state and Dave texted me the day after to ensure I arrived safely. Who does that? In short, Dave at Infiniti of Clarendon Hills. Finance and Management employees were less impressive and dripped of 'typical car salesmen'.

Outstanding Experience with Great Service

My wife and I bought a Q50 on Feb 7 with Adam as he was very pleasant to work with. We came in the day before to review our options as he is not your typical sales man, instead he understands his customers by listening to their needs and treats them with respect. I would give Adam A+ and will return to him in the future. Joe is a wonderful manager as he goes beyond and tries to meet the customer’s exceptions. He is so friendly and calm as he took his time and answered all of our questions along with Adam. Jacob in finance is very precise and provided everything on-time. Working with Adam and Joe shows that good dealerships still exist as we have nothing but good things to say about them.

This is the second car that I have purchase from Adam and my third from Infiniti of Clarendon Hills. Adam has gone out of his way to make my buying experience both simple & easy. He has always made me feel very comfortable & welcome whenever I have been at the dealership. Honesty & Integrity go a long way with me especially when buying a car. I would definitely call on Adam again when we are ready to make our next purchase. This is also the second time that I have worked with Jacob. He has been instrumental in going through all the documentation and explaining everything in great detail to me on each purchase.
