John Harvey Toyota

I drove onto the lot at John Harvey Toyota hopeless and not very optimistic. Immediately when I arrived I was pleasantly greeted by salesman Johnathon Williams. He was courteous and knowledgeable, but most importantly, he was very positive and dedicated to making sure I left the lot with a magnificent car of my choosing. It was a great feeling. The entire staff/team members at John Harvey Toyota are extraordinary. Due to my wonderful car buying experience, I will always return to John Harvey Toyota. When you find the best, nothing else will do. And, I look forward to working with a dedicated salesman, like Johnathon Williams in the future.

I took my Toyota Tundra to John Harvey yesterday. Tiffany Sanchez was very helpful. She kept me updated and got me in and out fast. I would definitely ask for her if you go by there.

When, I moved from California , had a traumatic experience at the other local Toyota Dealership . Although in retrospect I realize I did not get the best deal in purchasing from John Harvey; the service had almost without exception excellent***** .previously with Nick Neville, and now with Mrs Tiffney Sanchez particularly my most recent visit. Mrs Sancez, has always proven to be, not only courteous , but knowledgable in providing EXCELLEMT Customer service . Be assured that my local option for service will always be John Harvey. Service on my vehicle was fast. I was in and out in a relatively short period of time. My service representative William Gunn was very helpful which added to my positive experience.

I just took my Toyota Camry in for its first 5000 maintenance. I had scheduled an appointment. From my experience with some other dealers, an appointment does not seem to mean much, I seem to wait as long as if I had come in without an appointment. That was not the case at John Harvey. I was in and out very quickly. I love my Camry and look forward to more great service visits.
