Want to Thank Mike Davis, Dwayne, Eric and Danielle for setting up a loaner for us, Great communication and professionalism. They even rolled out a Brand New Ioniq 5 for us with the window sticker still on it. In 40+ years of buying/leasing new vehicles I never expected this level of vehicle as a loaner. The entire staff in the service area was great, place was spotless and the Expresso machine made a pretty decent 3 shot for me. Thanks again to all mentioned. Kenny & Carol D. New Hyde Park

On Saturday, December 17, 2022, Michael Davis was extremely helpful and accommodating to me. I need assistance with my brakes and he stopped what he was doing and provided assistance. I really appreciated his help. He graciously guided me out of the Hyundai parking area into the busy street. I would recommend him to others.

Price on the cars.com listing was MSRP, after contacting them I found out that they were selling the car for 17.5% over that. I found that frustrating.

We are extremely satisfied with the quality of service Millenium Hyundai has provided with respect to our 2021 Kona. We have had issues with the vehicle from a defective battery to damage to the tie rod due to the towing of the vehicle. Jeff, the service manager and now Ricardo, have been instrumental in having the repairs completed under the Hyundai warranty. Both service department managers have been attentive to our needs and updated us on the progress. They have shown consideration and understanding given our situation. Although vehicle defects, repairs and maintenance issues are common problems with all manufacturers, ensuring the problems are corrected properly and safely under warranty is the appropriate way to maintain a loyal customer base. It seems clear that the Service Center from Millenium Hyundai understands this principal. Very professional.

Went in to Millenium Hyundai on Saturday, June 11th unsure of what I wanted to do. I was greeted at the door by Jordan and a few hours later I was driving away in my dream car. Thank you so much for your patience and assistance. Everyone in the dealership was super!!
The charging port on my Kona Electric was jammed and
The charging port on my Kona Electric was jammed and would not open. I called service who stated they could not look at my car for approximately 2 weeks and transferred me to sales. Eric Baltazar, Sr. Account Manager answered the phone & offered to look my car and see if he could fix the problem or have service take a quick look. I drove over, Mr. Baltazar greeted me, grabbed some tools and fixed my charging port door. Based on this experience, I will now use this dealership to service my car. I am still waiting for a call back from my original service dealer. Thanks Eric!!!
