Everyone at the service station was excellent, from receiving my call, getting me in right away, fixing the problem (which turned out to be minor) right away & checking out. This will be my new go to place for servicing my Palisade.

Don’t purchase a Hyundai from this dealership!

Don’t purchase a Hyundai from this dealership! I did and I regret it. They absolutely suck! My salesman was let go the day after I purchased my Santa Fe. After driving it for 2 months, it stopped on a highway going 60mph. Just stopped. 1800 miles on it. We could have been killed. After numerous calls to this dealership I tried to have it towed to the service department. Unfortunately the service dept. was closed due to it had too many cars to repair. It was finally towed to another dealer who had it for over 2 months and couldn’t repair it. I was also without a loaner vehicle for over a week so I called the sales manager at Millennium (Omar) to ask for his assistance in getting me a loaner and he never returned my call. Once they get your money and you drive that car out of their showroom, they could care less that they sold you a lemon. They are a bunch of snakes! No consideration at all! Eventually, we had to use the lemon law and after 8 weeks of pure stress and aggravation, we were able to get a full refund. This was my 4th Hyundai and I will never buy another Hyundai as long as I live.

Very bad service, don’t go there. Manager is an idiot, salesman a Chinese guy, don’t speak proper English. High price, don’t allow negotiation. They think they selling dolce toys there. Never recommend to any one.

Look out for Thomas Christensen Be Careful of This PLACE On November 3 we went to purchase a Venue and a Kona, accessories that comes with Kona we didn't receive.Only to call several times to be told who tell me am to get mats first aid kit that comes with a new Kona,after several call Tom told me will call back which he never do he was the sales person we deal with we find out I'm to be Co Signer only to know am the buyer when they lie to say no bank taking my sister but capitol one when we contacted capitol one there's no loan from them it's HYUNDAI is theFINIANCE they lie we weren't inform,they also know when you calling so after a few phone call your number will go into voice mail point less leaving a message.This will and is coming a legal issue cause I myself did not sign this as buyer I just to be the Co Signer this place don't deserve a star at all.

Check the bill of sale what they charging always

They are robbing the people. Very bad service. Financial department is not giving you anykind of deal. Don’t buy car here . They force to buy tire warranty here otherwise sticker price go up . I am surprised how they can change the price once they already show sticker price. Please make sure what they giving you and what they charging for . Contact me before buy the car here I will explain if somebody need help

My car is in the service fir more than 2 months and

My car is in the service fir more than 2 months and nothing was done yet. Engine failure , second time. Full of excuses. I went to get stuff from my car 1 month after and it was on third floor of another dealership, surrounded by other cars: it was put there and forgotten, I assume. Mike is nice but he can't help with the mess that this dealership is.

7 weeks waiting for diagnosis

My car had a recall done and the engine broke twice already. It is in this dealership for 7 weeks and still not looked at. They car is not even in their lot. It was put somewhere else and "forgotten ". They don't pick up the phone and do not call back.

Untrustworthy

Very untrustworthy saleman, typical tricks to make you overcommit and overpay. Started off very friendly but immediately swtiched when he needed my card and signature.

Car waiting 5 weeks already to be diagnosed

I performed a recall in March. In April my car broke down because of it. Took two weeks to fix it. Four months later, same thing happened. My car is in the dealership for five weeks now and they did not even look at it. I keep being told that they don't know what's going on. They will not give me a diagnostic. Probably needs a new engine, so do it already.
