I love Haas Auto Group.

I love Haas Auto Group. They found the perfect car for me. It was a quick and easy process from the time of finding the car to the final purchase and driving off the lot the same day. They made everything very easy and convenient. Chris Haus, Ron Haus and Dominic did a great job.

Sold me a van broke down 3 days after I got it. 6 months later 5+ Mechanics making payments still not working. Now I've had to file with attorney general in 2 states to get action

When I got there, the SUV that I had reserved to come see

When I got there, the SUV that I had reserved to come see was being driven at the time, which I thought was odd because I reserved a specific time and day. So I got to test drive a 2020 Kia Sol, very nice ride, but not what I was looking for! The sales person was really cool and honest with me. Unfortunately, there wasn’t anything they could do for me. I really appreciated his willingness and honesty while helping me with my situation! It just didn’t out.

Never buy a car here.

Never buy a car here.. I bought a car 3 months ago for $7500 and when I asked how much they would give me to resell it, they said they would give me $2000. only 4000miles use more. Does that make sense? I tried to resell a car that I had driven for 100 days, and they said would sell it at a loss of $5500. Does that make sense?

I had a side mirror need replaced.

I had a side mirror need replaced. After seeing what involved in replacing it since I didn't have the right tool I desided to try them. What they did stick on over the old shatered mirror a cheap mirror. Charged me as what I expected it would cost for a replacement side mirror.

Great place to do business.

Great place to do business..polite.knowledgeable...if they have the car you want they,ll will cut a good deal! Only had one key fob and they are making it right with me.
