I had the best experience at City Auto of Murfreesboro,

I had the best experience at City Auto of Murfreesboro, purchasing my new car. Ron Morris (my sales representative) and Richard Lafaye (the sales manager) both ensured that they answered every question I had, thoroughly and honestly. Both showed extreme patience, were friendly, funny, and more than willing to work through any concern I had. Jackson Jernigan (the business manager) was thorough and willing to try to beat the interest rate I was offered from my bank. Jackson was able to offer me a lower interest rate and processed my paperwork very quickly. Even after my sale has completed, they are still working with me to complete an insurance process for my previous car that I traded in. I highly recommend City Auto of Murfreesboro, Ron, Richard and Jackson. They go above and beyond and have fun while doing it. Thank you guys!!

Please be aware of this company and their vehicles . It’s been about two years since I purchased a vehicle from these people and every since I’ve been stuck with a vehicle that has a seized engine. I didn’t have the vehicle in my possession for over two months after it broke down on me. I don’t like leaving bad reviews on businesses, but I must say that this company has caused a lot of trouble for me the past few years. The vehicle was purchased for my business, but I haven’t been able to operate it to generate the income that I could generate with it. Instead, I’ve been trying my best every month to keep it from getting repossessed so it wouldn’t negatively affect my credit. I’ve even experienced trying to get it repaired but repairs are ridiculously expensive and can’t afford repairs. I’m currently seeking any type of legal action towards this matter so I can regain money that I’ve lost and to start repairing my credit because of the damage it has caused. If you are in the market for a vehicle go anywhere else, but City Auto Murfreesboro their vehicles are not worth it.

Thank you for the review, Kenyon. Unfortunately, the issues were first brought to the attention of City Auto Sales, LLC several months after vehicle delivery and the expiration of any City Auto warranty. In an effort to assist its customer, City Auto proposed a solution. This customer declined City Auto’s proposed solution. City Auto wished that it could have worked with the customer for a better outcome and believes it acted in a compassionate and responsible manner.

We had a great experience @ City Auto. Kent Watson was so easy to work with. He made my son’s first experience buying a truck at a dealership stress free. We will definitely do business there again.

Drove up to the dealership and Kiwi met me at the door.

Drove up to the dealership and Kiwi met me at the door. Told him what I was looking for and he showed me the truck test drove it and came back to do the paperwork. Everyone I met at the dealership was extremely nice and will go back.
