John Moore in the Service department ALWAYS makes sure I am taking care of when I bring either of my two Subarus in for maintenance. I know I can always count on him, and he is 99.9% the reason I keep coming back to the dealership for service.

Very good service.

Very good service.. but long wait times for minor issues....like a oil change. They should have a shuttle service to get us to work!

Everyone is very friendly and helpful, it’s just the service time that keeps me from recommending. I had to visit twice very recently and was there over two hours each time. I wasn’t offered a shuttle service and the waiting area needs an update. The snacks and drinks are appreciated but the old plasma screen TV is very difficult to see and is only ever playing the weather channel. I know this might seem like a silly complaint, but it might have made my wait not seem as long.

They treat you with great curtesy.

They treat you with great curtesy. You have all the information on what they did and what they checked when you leave. They don’t try and push things on you like the experience I have had in other places. I just mentioned to my vet today how much I like my Subaru and the dealer here.
