Dealerships can be intimidating but the staff were super
Dealerships can be intimidating but the staff were super great and approachable! I did not feel uncomfortable and I knew they were helping me get the best rate. They didn’t have what I wanted on site, so they worked hard to find something nearby. I had my dream car the very next day (: I definitely recommend them, both Brittany and Mark were nice and super great!

I've had my car towed several times in less than a year
I've had my car towed several times in less than a year because it would not start. Also I had it service because the windows wouldn't go up. I was told that the motor in my windows needed to be replaced. I paid to have the motor in the driver's window cleaned.The last time when the car wouldn't start, I was told that the battery needed to be replaced again and that probably was the reason for the windows not operating properly. Today I had to have the car taken back to the dealership because it would not start. At this point, I'm not sure what I need to do about my car.

Our sales associate Ke’Ane Graham along with the sales manager and another lady (sorry i cannot remember her name off hand) are truly AMAZING! After stopping in for a scheduled service on my Outback, I saw a beautiful Forrester and thought I would just inquire. My service appointment turned into a Brand New Forrester that I am in love with! I absolutely hate the ‘Salesman’ game and generally walk out frustrated, but these three professional associates made this car buying experience very pleasant! My husband and I are now die hard Subaru fans, and to be honest, I will recommend and hopefully always stick to doing business at Capital Subaru of Greenville!!! Hands down, the most non pressured, no game playing, processional Car buying experience I have ever had!!!!
