I had a routine oil change/tire rotation schedule, they got my truck in right away, I worked with Ron who was very knowledgeable and very professional. I really appreciated the way my appointment was handled. Thank you for the great experience, I will be coming back and as a matter of fact my wife drives a Jeep Wrangler and we currently take her vehicle to a different Jeep dealer we will be considering a switch.. Thanks again Ron for the experience. Great Job!

Poor customer service .

Poor customer service . they ruined my ram by stripping bolt on transmission pan causing it to leak and would not stand behind there work bought ram new from them what a nightmare use caution with this dealership especially with mike johnson

Poor customer service.

Poor customer service. It took 4 hours to buy a truck and never once got directed to the bathroom or offered a refreshment. Got in the truck to leave and it had less than 1/4 tank of fuel.

My experience purchasing a used vehicle from this

My experience purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership was mixed. The advertisement for the car clearly stated it included a tow package, which was a key factor in my decision. However, upon taking possession of the vehicle, I discovered it did not have this feature. I promptly contacted the dealership to address the discrepancy, and while the salesman initially said he would investigate, communication eventually ceased, and I received no resolution. On a positive note, the finance specialist was exceptionally helpful and friendly, making that part of the process very smooth. While I appreciated the finance department's service, the inaccurate advertisement and lack of follow-through regarding the tow package were significant disappointments.

Dan, thank you for sharing your experience with us. It's great to hear that our finance specialist was able to assist you effectively, but I understand how frustrating the other issues were. After reviewing the window sticker for the Subaru, it is equipped with "towing equipment" which may not include a physical hitch. It is common for vehicle manufacturers to prep a vehicle for towing, with the option of adding the hitch if & when needed by the consumer. I always recommend verifying the options on a vehicle before delivery.
