This place is the absolute worst place to buy a car. The vehicles are literally trash and you’re paying double for what they are actually worth. They tell you have a warranty to give you a sense of assurance, but it’s worthless when the people who are suppose to fix the car don’t. I got a car from there and was back the following week and every month after to have it serviced until my warranty expired. You’re constantly getting the vehicle serviced and when the warranty expires you’re still stuck with issues that were never fixed and now responsible for it yourself. Not to mention they will hound you down the whole day your payment is due. Before you wake up and even have a chance to pay you’ll have 20 missed calls and voicemails. And on top of all that the staff is extremely rude! If I knew better I would have never got tied up with this place. You’re better off just making a huge down payment at a real dealership if your credit is not up to par.

I only gave them a 1 star because 0 stars was not an option. Man, I've been buying cars all my life and this one takes the cake. Calling these people scammers is unfair because I knew what I was getting into, but even after all that I still am astonished at how shady these people can be. The car I purchased from them has left me stranded probably 5 times already and I don't think it has been 6 months yet since I bought the car. You would think that the warranty they provide would be a good thing...but they aren't truthful. First, you have to pay a deductible for them to repair the car. Second, if you are a couple days late on your car payment.... they will fix the car but will not release it to you unless you bring the balance down to zero. And don't waste your breath trying to negotiate with them. I'm pretty sure that whole area is filled with junk cars and scammers....but whoever is thinking about buying another car should try Nice Car as a very very very last option.

Before visiting, I took the time to read reviews and decided to speak with Christian and Mr. Cash. I’m glad I did—both were professional, helpful, and made the process smooth and stress-free. I also want to commend my account manager, Christina, who was incredibly informative, understanding, and communicative throughout the entire process. I purchased my vehicle in October 2024, and it’s been running perfectly since. For those reading negative reviews, it’s important to remember that purchasing a pre-owned vehicle still requires care and maintenance. Just because it’s used doesn’t mean it won’t reliably get you from point A to point B. Investing in an extended warranty can offer peace of mind and added protection in the long run.

Disgusting place very unprofessional cars are no good I tried to give them a chance despite the bad reviews and regretted it dearly guys please listen to the warning signs of the people , and what I discovered is that they write their own reviews so the reviews that speak positive of this shady company is just the P.R team trying to lure in more victims. Do not waste your money

In 2005 I brought a beautiful jet black fully loaded G20 Infinit. It was the best deal and best car I ever had. I drove it for some years then I gave it to my son. Fast forward this is 2024 and I currently live in Georgia and I’m considering going to Florida to buy another vehicle. That’s how much I love Nice Cars. Do me right Nice Cars 🙏🏽❤️🙏🏽

Many car dealers open and close in South Florida every month. No Nice Car Inc. A company stablished mote than 40 years ago offering the best cars to fit every budget. I need no DL, I get my car with my passport and a low downpayment. Just took me less than an hour to get my new car. And the best of all. I get a whole year warranty. Very satisfied. 10 stars car dealer.

Came in with my sister who bought vehicle from this car lot has had enormous problems ever since. Lifter problems now transmission failure. She has filed complaints with the state attorney's office this is a typical buy here pay here scam.
