Since I purchase my 2011 Hyundai Sonata in 2014.Mr. Allan who work in the service department at M&M Hyundai. If I have a problem or issue with my vehicle, he is the one I call, because he will take care of any issue I have with my vehicle. He make sure his customer is treated right. He has a pleasant spirit. He is also a people person will help you with any needs to satisfy his customer. He is the man with the plan. I appreciate his customer service, I never meet anyone like him that is so compassionate.

This is my third visit to your repair service. I have found the service dept to be very impersonalable. I walked up and they walked off without any explanation. I waited and finally as I began to walk back to my car someone came out. Still cold and on the verge of being rude. There was no good morning how may I help you. There was a look like you can tell me why you are here now. This morning I received the same treatment. I have worked in the service industry for 26 1/2 years and I know good customer service when I feel it. I must admit my convince level is extremely low.
