Buyer beware. Wife bought a Hyundai Elantra. Payed 14900 for the car. Kelly blue book puts it at $7500. Was told that any repairs needed would be fixed. Just make sure you tell the finance company that car need nothing fixed. Was missing two plastic pieces that were finally replaced. And 1 tire and 1 outside air sensor. Car has be wrecked in the rear end. Determined by poor paint repair. Needs 4 wheel alignment car. Eats tires. Three have been replaced. Air temp system shows it’s freezing out. Causing ac not to work. And cooling fan not to operate. Front and rear defrosters do not work. Was told it would be repaired. Cause’s dangerous driving when humidity is up. Tired of all the lies

I purchased a car from VIP Auto Enterprise about 3 months ago. On February 2nd, I experienced a tire blowout. When replacing the tire at a 24-hour shop, I discovered that the rim had a crack which someone had attempted to “repair” with JB Weld steel putty. This is not a safe or professional repair for a wheel. When I went back to the dealership on February 4th to request information on the tire installation and an inspection record, I was told they do not have any inspection reports, invoices, or tire shop records. In fact, I was told they do not inspect their vehicles at all before sale. When I raised my concerns about the unsafe condition of the vehicle and requested the rim be replaced, the staff not only refused to address the issue but also threatened to have me trespassed for being upset about the situation. This dealership knowingly sold me an unsafe vehicle, and their customer service has been unprofessional and hostile when presented with a very real safety issue. I cannot recommend them to anyone—buyers should be extremely cautious. i as a customer should not have to look for deceptive "repairs"

Richard was awesome today! He went above and beyond normal expectation, he was thorough and made sure we were taken care of each step of the way. He was genuinely kind and soft spoken, next time you are looking for a honest and trusted car sales man be sure to ask for Richard!

BUYER BEWARE!!! NO STARS- HAD TO PUT 1 TO LEAVE A REVIEW- THIS PLACE WILL LIE, CHEAT, N STEAL TO MAKE A DEAL‐ SCAMMERS AT ITS BEST! Very disappointed and dissatisfied with this dealership. Never dealt with a dealership with no care or compassion for there customers as the second you sign on the dotted line and they got your money and then you are taking advantage of. I WILL NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN! Got a vehicle and spent over 1000$ within the first couple wks of owning it to at least make it drivable. Never filled up vehicle with fuel/ oil change/ front pads and rotors/ after purchase check engine light due to cylinder missfires spent even more on spark plugs/ then vct solenoids/ frayed connectors/had hard shifting and even more on trans service/ tires. Ironically made an additional agreement for the same amount of money during purchase. Before paying the additional agreement asked, they gave me no remorse but yet they gave me a run around about the services that was promised during purchase. Asked them to ONLY pay for the parts (before buying said parts/repairs) simply because I am a Senior Master Certified Technician N trust no1 else to work on my vehicles. I have seen horrible things over the yrs, by even certified techs that I have worked with in the past. Sure this place doesn't have any real certified individuals doing the work on these auctioned off vehicles, simply because mine wasn't even detailed before purchase, let alone inspected?! No response on the said issue when mengioned to salesmen?. I was told by the saleman his " Boss" would call me and never did. Then the following wk texts and asks for agreement money. Even tho I mentioned the issues and money spent the wkend of, as if he cared. ( I won't put the salesmans name on blast due to respect- he knows who he is- I just blame the entire dealership for allowing this and not helping us out with any money spent ) only response was him only asking me for money. Then they held my tags as ransom and told me I had to pay the agreement before they would give me the tags as if that's legal? Wouldn't even tell me the price for them, so we will have the money at hand. Went in today to talk with the sales manager and he said he had no idea about said issues ( only been there for a wk he claimed- so salesman must have never relayed my issue to "new management" apparently as if he really even cared either ? ) He even said this is the first real complaint he has had with a customer, told him based on past reviews he better buckle up- being a wk new- cuz he is gonna have alot more customer complaints coming his way!. The sales manager still wouldn't help with the amount of money put into the vehicle and still demanded the rest of the agreement made before receiving my tags. This place is hopeless, to say the least. I do plan on buying alot more vehicles for myself plus wife and my kids. UNFORTUNATELY FOR THIS ESTABLISHMENT- I WILL NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN!!!

This review is for the people who don’t live in the same city as the dealership. So i recently had an accident totaling my car. I some how found one of my dream cars I’ve been looking for years. The sales rep that handled me was a guy name jimmy this guy works quick hit me up 10 minutes later after my inquiry of the car. He was straight forward with starting the process and let me tell you this guys exceeds in all requirements I had. He let me know what’s going on because keep in mind I don’t live in Orlando so I was skeptical of it being a scam. He let me know showing proof everything was legit and gave me peace of mind in buying a car. Dude was patient with me even when I became a little anxious about getting the car. He had the paperwork to me in less than 48 hours never seen so much dedication in a sale. Dude was kind and honest. If other sales men was like him alot of us would be broke . Lol if I ever need another car and they have it I’m going straight to jimmy. Best guy ever To work with im choose him over everyone else who works there

0 STARS. This dealership is a BIG FRAUD. If you think they care abt you & your safety, you're DEAD WRONG. They'll probably delete my honest rating bc they don't want anyone to know the truth abt the SCAMS they are. Sold me a car (2015 Hyundai Sonata) Nov. 2023, ASSURED me it was safe for my 2 twin teenage daughters. I have had NOTHING but problems w/this car. Car keeps stalling while in drive which is a HUGE safety issue for me. They almost got rear ended numerous times. What if they stalled out on a live railroad track. The car has not been driven in over a month & brand-new parts over $1000 have been installed on top of the almost $12,000 I paid for it. Not to mention, they had it advertised for $8500 on the internet but yet sold it to me for almost $12,000 & then IGNORED me when I questioned it. Wanted to bring the car back but they told me not possible, all sales are final & can’t do nothing for me after a 6 months. So basically, xxxx me, my $12,000 & the safety of my kids. I will NEVER EVER recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst nightmare !
