I don’t have any evidence, but this is the second time I have gotten The Works and the tire pressure reading is the exact same prior to and after my tires supposedly being rotated. If the air pressure is being checked, it should read differently. Even if the air pressure isn’t checked, if the tires are rotated, then the pattern should change and not be the exact same-as in 34 on front and back drivers side, 36 on front passenger, and 35 on back passenger. Frustrating when you pay for a service you aren’t convinced you are getting.

My key got stuck in the drop off box and I called around 4:30 on Friday and they told me so.they got me in and out around 5:00 not knowing I was driving to Tennessee the next morning. ?? Big thanks.h
