I bought a new 2016 Jeep Cherokee latitude from Johnny last year. Well it had major engine issues , I brought it in with 18000 miles... it had used 3 quarts of oil since last oil change and shut off in major traffic almost causing an accident. I was so upset ! Then I found out I was upside down in the Jeep. The service techs stood by me and the General manager Scott ,sales rep Johnny and finance manager Maggie fixed this for me . They put me in a brand new Grand Cherokee trail hawk edition, And get this they ate 7 thousand dollars in my negative equity! Talk about customer service!!!!!!! They could have put me through the run around and warranty process but they wanted me to feel safe and be above satisfied. I am . Hoping it's smooth sailing from here . So here we are repeat long term customers through the good and the not so good things that happen in life they was there.
