BIG Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

This is my 3rd time back to see Ben! His honesty & integrity for my car purchase brought me back with two of my daughters. I trust him with them. I know he won't show them something they can't afford but will get them in the best vehicle he can with a payment they are comfortable with. He is also pretty fun to talk with, he has some cool life experience and he's a genuine, life loving man! I will be back with my other two daughters in the futere, I wouldn't go anywhere else! My grandson was with us today and he was set up with popcorn and an Xbox game in thier Kid Zone, he also had a blast!

Straight forward and to the point guy! He answered all of our questions honestly and was not pushy at all. I'm very glad my mom told me where to find him!

Ben was a stand up salesman . My situation was a rare order for Ben and the dealership. That said everyone was accommodating of my wants and needs, at the store. I believe that Ben truly cares about his customers and wants his Chrysler product to be the best it can.

Was a quick and easy process, they got me in and out and in the Jeep i wanted.. Hopefully service department is just as good!

Johnny was very helpful great personality and easy to talk to about the vehicles this is the 3 vehicle we have purchased from Michigan City Dodge all from Johnny and have been pleased If anyone one of my family or friends say they are wanted to purchase vehicle I all ways tell them to go see Johnny. We will definitly continue to go see Johnny anytime we need a new vehicle. Maggie was the person that went over the paperwork with us and was very helpful also if we had questions she made sure she answered them .
