I was impressed with the shiny newness of this dealership upon entering. Blake was very kind and respectful of my time. I ended up purchasing and am very happy with the vehicle, price and financing. Having worked in an industry where customer service, sales and privacy are all important, I see some things you should consider. It made me very uncomfortable talking about income and credit, etc. out in an open space. Expecting a customer to discuss personal business while customers are looking at vehicles just a few feet away is a big privacy issue. I had to provide my social security number out loud more than once. Also, why was the manager's office out in the open? That looks about as unprofessional as your salesmen sitting around with their phones, laptops and tablets. They don't look like they are working. P.S. Please add a changing table to your restrooms. I changed my baby's soiled diaper on your shiny new couch.
