I have been reviewing the Chrysler Pacifica for several months and Dave Tayler dealership had a promotion that caught my eye to which I responded and "worked a deal" through Aaron Middlebrooks. When we got there, Aaron was extremely helpful as we traveled 4 1/2 hours to pick up the vehicle. His professionalism and mannerisms were beyond reproach, providing the necessary assistance to get us back on the road in the minimal time possible. Kudos to Aaron for his efforts during the entire sales process. There was no financing required, so other departments weren't involved. Though I did purchase an "extended" warranty while at the dealership, when I got communication of the purchase via email, I couldn't determine what extended warranty I did purchase and am still looking for confirmation as it was approximately a $4K add to the purchase price of the vehicle. (Maybe in the info received, but wasn't able to ascertain where it was. Considered a "trade in" on my 2015 Murano, but the offer was $2500 less than the KellyBlue Book low end trade in value.

Just purchased my second vehicle from Aaron. I am a repeat customer, bought my first vehicle from him a year ago. I will be back in the future. Excellent and honest customer service. Aaron will get you in a vehicle just trust him.
