The time it took to get my vehicle service was quick, I was kept informed via text messaging the progress of the work being done on my vehicle. Too, the written reports provided when your car is completed and ready to take home is thorough and most informative.

Dealership is immaculate, staff are friendly and helpful, and there are various new vehicles to inspect in the show room. Parking was good getting into the dealership. We were offered water or another light, thirst quenching beverage and provided comfortable seating.

I don’t have any problem with plaza motors. I’ve had my car for years and they’ve been nothing but professional and kind to me in those four years. My problem is with Audi itself. I personally feel that a car that’s four years old and only has 36,000 miles on it should have a longer warranty

Showroom is beautiful. Salespeople (Rob), management (Wes), finance (Bill) and Allison reviewing the cars features were all fantastic, Not high pressure but all resoonsive!

This was our first time to Creve Coeur Audi and we were pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly and the waiting area was nice and comfortable. We will definitely be returning for future service appointments. Caressa walked us through the appointment since this was the first time my son was bringing his car in for an oil change.
