Friendly staff! Ben, one if the service advisors, was exceptional. Quick coordination on the Uber ride to/from mall while waiting for auto service completion. Lounge area was comfortable with basic necessities. If they’re planning to improve it, changing the chair lay out and adding elements for coziness, like plants, might help.

The dealership was clean and nice, the technician Colin did a fantastic job, and the advisor caressa was excellent!!

I had great service from the time I arrived. My appointment was on time for my inspection and they also checked out my other concerns about my car.

My service advisor JED was great and made a stressful car repair much less of a headache. His communication was top tier and he was very accommodating.

Purchased a car driving 450 miles to pick it up. Car looked good in pictures. CPO. Didn't notice any issues on the test drive. Halfway home started noticing issues. Had an appointment for service before owning it for 48 hours. Other things I noticed and didn't expect from an audi dealership and cpo. Cabin air filter dirty, rear wiper torn, and engine air filter dirty. Additional things from the dealership. They repaired some curb rash. Paint doesn't match and overspray on valve stem. Don't know what they put on the paint but after a decontamination wash to prep for a ceramic coating it was very scratched. Not what I expected from a Audi dealership. Trying to get all the information for my bank took all day. My bank finally posed as a customer buying a new car so they could talk to the sales manager and get the necessary documents. My bank went over and above staying after hours because plaza motors took so long.
