Cracked dash

I Took my car in for a recall on my airbags yesterday. AFTER signing paperwork I was then told that my dash was cracked and was asked if I knew that it was that way before I brought it in. I told her no there was no crack before bringing it in, but then she immediately turned it around and told me there was no way they could have possibly done it, And that it’s a common issue that happens from the sun. We have other vehicles that do have dash cracks from the sun but this looks completely different then those, it’s a pressure crack. I was also told that this has happened to others before and it’s a $2,000 fix. I think it’s odd that she told me they have had other issues like this in the past but didn’t take the steps to insure this was already a problem befor they began. So again they know this is an ongoing problem but yet failed to take pictures or call/text to inform me of this “problem” before going forward and working on my vehicle. I called to speak to a manager but got a call back from the service lady who did my paperwork instead. I feel everything I say to this lady is getting turned around as it was my problem from the beginning, and I should have been aware of this issue before bringing my vehicle in. Yet I know there was no crack in my dash before bringing it in because as I had just detailed my vehicle. Looking at the rest of the dash you can tell these cracks are so fresh that dust hasn’t even had time to settle in them. I feel like I’m just going in circles talking to this lady and will be contacting the GM to see what we can do to resolve the issue. This is the kind of service you get when I have bought vehicles from them in the past, and have sent family to them who have purchase vehicles as well.

Awesome every time!

I've met with Bo, another gentleman and Keith so far and each time I feel respected, listened to and treated fairly. I haven't decided on which vehicle yet, but I have decided I'm buying something from this dealership. And they will get all of my friends friends family's business as well. I couldn't have had a better experience!

Excellent service

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation for my rig, they got it done sooner than I expected which helped me since I was on a tight schedule. Great service friendly staff

They screwed me big time

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Alan Webb Chevy. I didn't have money for the 1000 dollar down payment, so they told me they could hold my check until my next payday. Great, I thought! Until they did not hold the check, and proceeded to overdraft my account 800 dollars. Both the salesperson and the finance lady assured me that this would not happen, but it did. They offered to cover the overdraft fees, which was nice. But my overdrafted account left me no money for formula for my 3 week old baby, no money for gas to get to work, and no money to feed myself, my wife, or my 13 year old. This was on a Friday. Their solution? To overnight me a check on monday that would arrive tuesday. So 4 days with no access to money. They ended up bringing the check in person on Monday, which I immediately deposited to bring my account current. Unfortunately, the bank flagged their check as suspicious, and are now holding the funds until January 7, essentially a whole week longer. So another week with no access to money. And throughout this whole process, Alan Webb has not offered any type of compensation, and not even one of their managers could do the right thing and reach out to me to at least apologize. This was the second vehicle I have purchased from Alan Webb, and obviously it is also the last. I am going to let everyone I can know about my experience in hopes that they dont support a company who treats families like that.

Very happy customer

All staff very nice during entire buying process. Finance person was excellent!! Would recommend dealership to any and all of our friends and family. Really like our new car.

Potential buyer

Very very unprofessional! By far some of the rudest sales associates I've ever dealt with. We were approved and could have walked out with the truck but they couldn't throw in a free key. (The truck only had one key.) We were willing to pay full asking price we just wanted to feel like we were getting something out of the deal!

2017 Toyota Sienna

Unfortunately, the car I was interested was sold , but the salesman was courteous and up front, I would deal with dealership again if the right vehicle comes up !

The car is really nice, but price still to high fo

Camaro is a good car, and they have new cars for sell. They would like to give you a lowerest price and then no deal. I like that, it saves time for both of us.
