Great experience.
Narissa was so nice, helped me through the whole process. Buying cars can take so long but I feel like this was shorter than normal, which was great since I drove 2 & 1/2 hours to get there for the car I wanted. Ray who was in finance, was GREAT at explaining everything which is all very confusing. My APR is extremely high, but what can you do. All in all the customer service is the greatest !

Don't waste your time if buying online
Don't bother trying to purchase a car online through them sent multiple emails trying to contact them about a vehicle made excuses and never replied after they were swamped

Yesterday I went to Alan Webb Chevrolet to take a look at the Chevy Cruze. I have driven them before as rental cars and found that the car really performes well . I met with Jason White, a sales person there, and the hunt was on. There were many cars to chose from with many, many options. Jason was very engaged in helping me find the car that most fit my needs/wanted. He was so supportive that I forgot he was the sales person as he was more like shopping with a friend. I found the perfect fit for what i was looking for and drove the car home. It was a great ride home with the seat warmers on.
