My Wife got the Truck She wanted plus Kapp was willing to negotiate on things She needed for the Vehicle, Nice People.

Bought a 2015 Jeep Cherokee in November of 2022 from these guys and it has been nothing but a money pit lemon. Would not recommend to anybody and will never be back.

Buyer beware!! Sold me a car with a cracked engine block that was repaired with JBWeld didn’t hold for long. They sell cars as is so your stuck with a bad deal.

They were very helpful and had a great inventory to choose from. Dales was no pres sure and process was simple and quick. They took care of an issue immediately as they said they would.

They were easy to work with and honest in their dealings with us. I have had the vehicle only a day, but I felt blessed to find this particular one...hope I am loving it for years to come!

Flew in to pick up a truck that I viewed online. Looked great. Ran great. Bought it and drove home. On the drive several small issues arose. Remote start quit working ( I checked every time I stopped for food and fuel), heat directional controls quit (stuck on split defrost and floor), developed a misfire in engine (haven't figured out that one yet). I bought it as is so my fault for not catching most of it, but Kapp could have had it checked out more thoroughly. Again, as is. I'm venting. I thank Kapp for the truck. It is what I was looking for.

We live 60 miles away but we make the drive for many reasons, 1) Great service. I feel like family. No games like the big guys. No pressure. 2) Great price's. They have been such a great value that we have purchased not one, but 6 vehicles over the past few years. This was 3 cars and 2 trucks, and an SUV. All were a great buy. 3) Helped us to build are credit. Worked hard to get us the best deal with a lender. 4) Integrity! I have purchased many vehicles in my life. Most of the lots would not remember me or know even know my name if I came back. Kapp Auto remembered me as a real person not just another sale. They remembered me and my name after a full year. To me this is where other lots fall short because of the high turnover of employees.
