I bought my 2013 Volkswagon Passat in August 2018 and although it needed some front end work that my warranty fully covered I am pleased with my vehicle my daughter has driven my car several times and she love's it. I came into to buy a used car. I drove off the lot with a 2014 Chevrolet Malibu with the assistance of Ding and Yousif. I was called back in for a new deal within 3 days of having the car. Which didn't set right with me! I came back in and wanted my old deal back. At first they were not willing to work with me on the old deal. Granted I do not have great credit by the way. Long story short I put my foot down and they worked with me. I drove off in a 2013 VW CC with everything I wanted!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NEWPORT MOTORS ! Any time we've taken our vehicle in for service we have felt like we were valued and prioritized. They do great work and stand behind it. Felix the Service Dept manager is a real gem!! Make it a point to chat with him if you can, great guy doing a great job!
