Excellent experience

My sales rep Jerry was awesome! He was so efficient, helpful and friendly. Ray the sales manger was also great. Ann was also a delight to talk to. The whole experience and Newport Motors was excellent. I will defiantly recommended this place to my friends and family. Thank you!

Great staff!

Great friendly staff with no pressure. Will absolutely go back for my next purchase! Very professional and listened to my needs with great options. Would highly recommend!

Lack of communication hurt the experience

I have to say that Miles is awesome, Felix in service is awesome, and Ann in internet sales is awesome. However, the dealerships handling of financing and the lack of answering emails is awful. The cars we bought have been to service already, after a week, so that is unsettling. The temp plate is about to expire and still no way to register. WE had an issue with financing and offered 4 times to bring the car back until we could get the correct papers in order.... mainly so the plates don’t expire. This was ignored, emails sent, ignored. Miles helped as mich as he could, but still couldn’t get the people we needed, to contact us. Would I recommend? Not really, but I will say based on Miles, Ann and Felix the experience wasn’t a complete loss.

Johnny motoya got me smiling when i wanted to cry...i felt like VIP DURING THE PROCESS...THEY ARE THE REAL HEROS THERE....CANT GO WRONG

Amazing

Jose, Susan and Ann were amazing! I had a terrible experience before coming to them. Jose literally changed my whole attitude and perspective in the first few moments of being in the car with him. Then Susan made me truly feel like she was working for me... Not the typical sales atmosphere. She fought for me on the back end to get my rates down. Finally I had the pleasure of working with Ann who was super thorough and made sure I was comfortable with everything... Great experience, Im referring everyone.

There were some issues...

There were serious communication issues because the service secretary was out and they didn't get a temp. It was frustrating. In addition, our car smelled like cigarette smoke after being repaired. I don't think anyone smoked, just a smoker was in it and the smell lingered. I do not mean to leave a bad review. Just an okay review.

Liars

The sales manager is a typical used car salesman just would tell you lies to make the deal then doesn’t follow through on his end Richard from west Newport Motors is a liar .
