AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! Like the previous review dealing with tire issues. They put cheep tires on their vehicles to save/make them... money. Have a tire that lost all the air after hitting an Arkansas pothole, to look at the tire NO visible damage at all, only 5000 miles and guess what. NO WARRANTY from the manufacturer nor the dealer. We even purchased the extended warranty, tires NOT covered. all the owner J Caldwell will tell you is, SORRY, NOT COVERED!
We were very pleased with Joel Tomlinson’s explanations of features of the vehicle, even after the dealership closed for the day. He was not high... pressure but very honest and forthright. He was very accommodating and worked to make sure we got the right car for our needs.
To whom it may concern, I brought my 2009 Toyota Tundra in with a check engine light. I also purchased a Toyota Gold warranty along with the truck when... I bought it from your dealership. I received a phone call from your dealership this morning with the results of the diagnostic, apparently the truck needs a $1500 part call an evap canister. Then I was shocked to find out that this isn't covered under warranty (prior to bringing it to your dealership, we had already ran a diagnostic and found the same issue. The dealership in Little Rock told us that the evap canister was, in fact, covered under my warranty. Your charge for $110 for a diagnostic that had already been ran is another point of fustration). After I asked to speak with a service manager, the person calling me, Danny, placed me on a brief 2 minute hold, and then hung up on me leaving me completely hanging. We have had numerous repairs done to this vehicle since buying it from your dealership two years ago. We've had a torgue converter replaced, an alternator replaced, a fuel sending unit replaced, and now an evap canister that costs $1500! The $1500 cost consists of a $750 part; it appears as if this dealership is also overcharging for labor costs as this is a simple part to replace (we've also, prior to bringing it to your dealership, researched the labor involved). I am extremely displeased with the level of service that I've received and I'm extremely displeased with the reliability of the product that I've bought from this dealership. We perceive that we have bought a lemon from this dealership and we are demanding that the dealership immediately call us with an explanation for the unacceptable level of service and with a resolution with this issue. In the meantime, I cannot, in good conscious, recommend this dealership to any customer.
My salesperson, John Moore, couldn't have been more helpful in finding the right car for me. The one I was interested in sold but John immediately... located another that was even better than the first. Thank you John

Spent the day on Saturday, 7/7/18 with Joel Tomlinson at Caldwell Toyota. He was a great help to my family in identifying just the right Highlander vehicle... for us. The service was great, the kids had a great time helping in the selection, all my needs were met; we could not have asked for better assistance. Joel kept me informed through every step; I felt that I was in the "driver's seat", literally and figuratively throughout the purchase. It was extremely easy and stress free to find the right car for me and my family. Joel was super sweet, I hate to refer to him as a salesman as he was more of a sales consultant. Thank you and we love the Highlander we selected.

My experience was great. Scooter Stephens was my salesperson and I really appreciated him. He really listened to my needs and wants. I felt like he worked... really hard to help me get what I wanted. I also appreciated how quickly everything went. I did not have to spend hours waiting. That was a big deal for me. I would definitely go back to Caldwell and I will ask for Scooter.
After being lied to, forgotten or just downright ignored by three other Central Arkansas Toyota dealers, this dealership is a breath of fresh air! My sales... associate Dakota Rogers, was up front with me throughout the entire process of just casually shopping, to getting serious and finally making a purchase. Mr. Rogers Was open and honest, he never did anything to make me question his or the dealerships integrity which is more than I can say for most of the car dealers these days! When we are in the market for another Toyota , we know exactly where to go for professional courteous service . Just as the title of this review States, you might as well start at Caldwell Toyota in Conway because after the other dealers disappoint you .....will end up at Caldwell!

Their professional, competitive pricing, and concerned about what we needed in a vehicle was refreshing... The follow up and follow through with us were top notch.
