Most honest service department I have every had.

Most honest service department I have every had. They diagnosed my problems and fixed my vehicle without any hesitation. My vehicle is under warranty and the city I lived in refuses to honor anything regardless. I had to take my vehicle back to where I purchased it. I had to travel 3 hours just to have my vehicle service properly. At Caldwell Toyota the service manager name Allan and Serv Advisor Susan is excellent. The mechanic name Skyler that work on my vehicle is Superb. My salesman name Danny sold me my car he went beyond. He now works at Genesis in Conway Arkansas. I highly recommend Caldwell Toyota if you are looking to purchase a vehicle and need help repairing your vehicle(s). If you looking for a good honest and excellent Genesis salesperson call Danny in Conway Arkansas. I promise, you will make an excellent decision at visiting either company. Driving three hours is a long way for me to drive one way because I do not have a choice. I do not mind as long as someone who is honestly trying to repair my vehicle. I am not being paid to tell the truth. Believes me I promise you're going to be very pleased, they are very fast, honest and well prepared. Happy customer.

It was like we were on a family vacation.

It was like we were on a family vacation. Jayden Wesley was awesome, very Knowledgable friendly and very prompt. They were 2 hours away and I didn't regret it because it was a smooth ride home in my new oxide bronze tacoma. Larry

I recently worked with the most courteous, kindest, and knowledgeable sales person i have ever worked with. His name is Jayden Wesley at Caldwell Toyota. I visited the business somewhat undecided that i was even going to purchase a vehicle. Jayden met me and offered to answer any questions that i may have. He was not “pushy” nor a know-it-all. He offered to show me whatever i might want to see and as i did not really know, he brought three or four vehicles for me to exam, sit in, and test drive. He did not try to encourage me to decide on any specific one, but he explained the features of each. He was always kind, and polite. He was never impatient with me nor was he “pushy. I have NEVER worked with such a nice, knowledgeable, and patient salesperson. And, Toyota products, in my opinion, are the absolute best. Should you be thinking about a vehicle and want to look and make your own decision, i suggest that you visit Caldwell Toyota and work with Jayden Wesley—in my opinion, he is the best. I am confident that you will appreciate his knowledge and kindness. And, again, my opinion, he is the BEST! Thank you Jayden and the staff at Caldwell Toyota in Conway.

As a whole I’d say the dealership was 4 out of 5 stars.

As a whole I’d say the dealership was 4 out of 5 stars. I showed up late on a Saturday night. Was paired up with Dartanyon Lovell. He knew so much about the truck I was looking at it really impressed me. What impressed me even more was the few facts he didn’t know about the truck, he researched right then and there to get me the correct answers. He, the finance manager, and the sales manager all stayed late to get me my truck. The dealership closed at 7 yet we didn’t leave there till almost 8. Everyone was very polite and thanked me for my business. The only negative thing I can say about the business is the vehicle didn’t get detailed as well as I’d have expected. I brought it back on a Tuesday to get the finishing detail done to it…the dealership lost a star only because of the detailing the truck didn’t get. Otherwise it would have been a 5 star rating. I can’t speak highly enough of my salesman, Dartanyon Lovell. He was truly helpful with me understanding the truck’s abilities and limitations before the sale. You should go by and let him show you a vehicle. You will be impressed also.

My experience began with a late, Sunday-night email to let the dealership know I was coming in the next morning to look at a particular vehicle I saw on the website. I received a response the same night from Mr. John Moore - WOW. We were off to a great start! My interaction from there kept getting better and better. When I arrived, John already had the vehicle pulled aside, ready for me to see. Each person I encountered had a smile and was incredibly helpful. John worked his magic, and I came home with my Acadia. From the first email, to walking into the dealership, to F and I, I was never - I repeat - NEVER pressured, I was treated like my business was important to everyone, and I was relaxed, not on edge at all! Although I live over an hour away, I will be back for service and future purchases because of the kindness I experienced. Thank you, John and everyone at Caldwell Toyota, for such an easy, smooth experience!

We bought a 2024 Camry .

We bought a 2024 Camry .The finance Man found out that we did not want to buy the extended warranty and Actually slammed his computer shut and tossed it aside in anger. We We drove two hours to do business with them , and we got there at six o'clock on a Fri. The dealership closed at 7, and they kept literally checking their watches. What happened to the good old days when salespeople realized what an enormous purchase a new car was and were appreciative to the customer for doing business with them? Very shocked how we were treated about the extended warranty especially .

Danny Pierce was great to work with. He listened to my needs, and showed me the various options on his lot with patience and good advise on each model. I was never pressured, and the purchase process was seamless. Sean Hardcastle, Finance Manager made the final paperwork process quick and easy as well. I would recommend the team at Caldwell Toyota for your next buying experience.

Go see Robert Moses

Robert Moses helped me find & purchase my last two Highlanders. He did great. Ask for him. Four purchases from Caldwell & I have no complaints about service. I schedule the service, go in before work, they take me to work, update me on progress & pick me up when it’s finished. If I had a complaint, it would be I had to purchase floor mats for my last new vehicle.
