Initially, the process started off better than expected.
Initially, the process started off better than expected. I made the deal with Deonte and was later transferred to Kam due to Deonte's absence. Both individuals were professional and helpful. I clearly communicated to Kam on multiple occasions that I would like for everything finalized prior to my arrival to avoid delaying my trip out of town. I also repeatedly asked for the financing rates, but was only told that the finance manager was still working on them. This lack of transparency felt intentional and created concern. Unfortunately, my experience with Hans in the finance department was extremely disappointing. After sitting there for over an hour and half Hans finally presented a highly inflated finance rate. I rejected that rate and asked him to get a better rate. Then his attitude and demeanor shifted noticeably. He became dismissive and stated that they were not making any profit on the vehicle, which I found both unprofessional and unnecessary. I have extensive experience purchasing vehicles, and this was by far the worst interaction I have encountered on the financing side. At no point was I disrespectful, yet I felt that my intelligence was insulted and that both my family and I were treated with a lack of respect. This level of service was unacceptable and did not reflect the professionalism I expected.
