Great place to buy a car I was extremely pleased with the assistance I got from Fahad Dawood at Okaz Motors. I needed a car for my college student and had very specific needs. We had spent all day looking for cars and didn't find any cars that had what we were looking for at the price we wanted. He had just the car we wanted and gave us a decent break on the price so we could afford to buy it. It only came with one key and had a chip in the windshield, and he made us a 2nd key and fixed the chip in the windshield for no extra cost. I would highly recommend Fahed as he didn't use any high pressure sales tactics and helped us find the right car for the right price and addressed all the issues we had.

I was extremely satisfied with the service I got from Okaz Moters. They found me a car that meet my criteria and in my price range. The car came with a free CarFax and had been serviced so there shouldn't have been anything wrong with it. When I took the car off the lot and drove it home, I found that it had an oil leak. I told them about it and they offered me multiple options to fix it. They offered to repair it for me without issue but since I live in Michigan and it would be an inconvenience to bring it back to fix it they sent me the money necessary to fix it instead. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was a satisfied customer.

Great buying experience with Okaz Motors. My salesman Fahad was wonderful. Super helpful without any high pressure sales tactics. The truck I purchased was in great shape and was priced right. There lot is very impressive with lots of high end vehicles. I will recommend Okaz to all my family and friends who are looking for a used vehicle.

No one ever responded. I contacted them multiple times and called looking for a 1993 Dodge Stealth.

they were suuuuper super dishonest about the condition of the subaru baja i purchased from them, and once they got my check it was like pulling teeth to get them to do things they said they’d do. i advise strongly against purchasing from this dealership but especially if you’re purchasing from out of state. they’re extremely lacking in communication skills and do not accurately describe the cars they have in stock. they boast about their inspection but it was never mentioned to me my speakers and a/c don’t work. those things take two seconds to check. that was something fred was supposed to talk to sammy about and get back to me, but not surprised i never heard anything because they KNOW they screwed me. to elaborate, it was “rust free” but i immediately had to replace my ball joints, control arms, upper and low tie rods because bolts were stuck and tie rods were frozen and i just discovered my exhaust is cracked in half! the exhaust is something i’d messaged sammy about weeks before purchasing the car and he never responded because he knew it was broken. and all of this is on top of the ac and speakers being out, something they neglected to mention and tried to say may have happened during shipping at first.. fred said sammy wasn’t willing to budge on price because of the incredible condition, which it is not in. so far i’ve spent close to $1k on this car and i haven’t even begun the exhaust repair yet. i’ve got your three missed calls and a phone call will not suffice, i want all communications in writing so i can update this reviews accordingly with screenshots. update: after making this review the owner made a verbal agreement with me to pay to fix my a/c and speakers and is now refusing to honor that. DO NOT buy from here.

I talked with Fred. Mostly, I think. He was polite and answered every probing question about the reliability of a 14 year old car as my main mode of transportation. It seems like a miracle. The car looks beautiful. I just have to figure out how to get it independently, assessed, and how am I going to get my son to test drive it for me. Sorry, that was many more than 15 words.
