My daughter expressed a desire to get a newer vehicle so her Dad and I went along for our support. We met Christian Sayles and Eric Duncan during her car buying experience. We found Christian to be nice and respectful during the process and felt he worked hard to assist her. In addition to Christian we also met Eric Duncan whom we found quote comical and approachable. He provided the financial assistance for her purchase and was a delight to work with. Both of these gentlemen are knowledgeable and curious employees and assets to the Hendrick’s company.

In search of a new car, I had the opportunity to meet Mr. Christian Sayles and Mr. Eric Duncan at the Hendrick’s dealership in Concord NC.. From the moment we met Christian was very engaging and hospitable welcoming me to the dealership and worked with me to find the car I saw online. The vehicle I saw was no longer available but to my surprise an upgraded version of the car was. He answered questions about the car and patiently worked with me getting the payment amount to what I was comfortable with. Partnering with Christian was Eric Duncan who facilitated the financial segment of my buying experience. Super friendly and down to earth, Eric made me feel like I was working with a family member and made experience equally enjoyable. Hendrick’s has a great pairing with Christian and Eric and both are true assets to the dealership and Hendrick's family.
