My wife and I are so happy with our new Subaru Forester that we bought at Mid City Subaru! We showed up on a Saturday without an appointment, and we were quickly helped by Carey (Sales). She was very friendly and truly listened to what we were looking for rather than pushing anything that we didn't want. Before you know it, she arranged for a Forester with the features that we want to be brought to the front of the lot and we were on the road for the test drive. Carey highlighted the features of the car and didn't overwhelm us with information like we experienced at other dealers when test driving. My wife was 8 months pregnant at our first visit, so we appreciated the friendly and efficient service. They were not pushy when we told them we want to think about it for a few weeks and finalize our research. Carey was also accommodating to my communication style. I do not like being interrupted at work with frequent dealer calls, so we set up a time to talk the following weekend. Other dealerships would call way too frequently and it drove me crazy. When we decided on the exact car we wanted, Carey did her best to look across multiple states for our specific requirements. Since there were none available, she reserved one that was currently being built. They even offered to give us a loaner Subaru while we waited for the car to be finished for no additional cost. In terms of price, the negotiation couldn't have been easier. I let them know that I am a TrueCar member and plan to use that for the price. I printed the form that said how much I wanted off the MSRP and they honored it no questions asked. I highly recommend Mid City Subaru for a straightforward and enjoyable car buying experience!
