My experience with CarMax of Chattanooga was very good. The communication online was excellent during the whole process. When we finally got to the dealership, our salesperson was great. She was very efficient, honest, and professional. The whole process of test-driving, completing paperwork, and closing took approximately one and a half to two hours, with no pressure to purchase other products like an extended warranty, insurance,etc.

After a rocky start, I was given another person to work with and things turned out great. Loving my Navigator.
