Easy and fast process getting oil changed. I was have a loaner vehicle while oil changed. Fast service and great customer service. Setting up appointment was easy. Also price was what they told me for oil change. I live over an hour away from dealership and I drive that far just to get an oil change because it's an easy process and great customer service.

Our daughters both just purchased QX50 cars from Infiniti of Central Arkansas. We could not be happier with how we were treated, service was wonderful and the buying process was so easy! I would highly recommend this dealership and make sure to ask for Adam or Anna as your sales representative if you’re looking for a new or used vehicle. I live about 4 hours from the dealership so I purchased the vehicle over the phone. I’ve never purchased a vehicle solely over the phone but Adam and Anna made me feel as if I were there! Adam and I discussed the vehicle and he was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle and the warranty coverage. I purchased a Certified preowned Infinity QX 30 and Adam was honestly the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with in all my years of car buying. Since I was negotiating over the phone, he sent me additional pictures of the vehicle and was quick to follow up with all my questions. He went above and beyond and gave me the best deal I could asked for! He made the buying experience pleasant and exceeded all my expectations! Anna followed up with me after Adam and I agreed on a price and made sure all my questions were answered and that my paperwork was correct. She followed up with me multiple times to make sure I didn’t have any questions or issues. The vehicle was exactly as described when I received it and I absolutely love it! I’d highly recommend this dealership if you’re looking for a new or used Infinity and make sure to ask for Adam or Anna if you want the best sales representatives to work with!
