Mike was a real pleasure to work with, they are one of

Mike was a real pleasure to work with, they are one of the only dealers we found that has used sedans which are not easily found anywhere. My wife wanted a bigger style car and found the one she wanted. We also purchased the five year extended power train warranty offered due to the mileage on the vehicle for peace of mind. Serious buyers that would want an used vehicle , I would recommend working with Mike.

I put a review on before. Never did one in the past. Was approved. But for me it was not the right car. Put the review on. Even though. I felt bad doing so. Don't even want to go into the details. But I went back. And looked at the same car again. Remember already approved. Mike give me numbers. And I will drop the review. You do your part. I will do mine. Here is what I got back.No you drop the review. Then I will give you the numbers. Wow. I have bought a lot of cars over the years. But I have never been insulted like that before. I have sent several messages today. No reply. Iam sure they are a good outfit. Just not for me. Good luck folks.

I would be cautious when purchasing a vehicle from this

I would be cautious when purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I bought a 2017 Volvo V60 from this dealership this fall. When I took it in for regular maintenance, the shop found significant damage that hadn't been disclosed by the dealer. I notified the dealer of the repair costs I incurred as a result of the damage ($3352.60) and asked if they would like to come to some sort of agreement on the repair costs. They only offered a slightly discounted rate on repairs, which had already been completed by my mechanic. The quote from the shop was provided to the dealer "ADV NOTES: VEHICLE HAS BEEN IN A BIG ACCIDENT. RADIATOR IS JUST FLOPPING AROUND, MULTIPLE PARTS ARE BENT TO SECURE THE RADIATOR AND BROKEN - WE CAN TRY TO FABRICATE SOMETHING OR RIG SOMETHING UP TO HELP IT FROM FLOPPING AROUND, SUBFRAME IS BENT UP FRONT, HAS DIFFERENT RIMS THAN IT'S SUPPOSE TO, BOTH FRONT LOWER CONTROL ARMS ARE BENT - PASSENGER SIDE IS WORSE THAN THE DRIVER SIDE, BOTH INNER TIE ROD ENDS ARE BENT, HARD TO TELL IF THE OUTERS ARE BENT BUT WE HAVE TO REMOVE THEM TO REPLACE THE INNERS SO THAT IS THE TIME TO REPLACE THEM. ONCE THIS IS DONE IT WILL HAVE TO GO TO THE ALIGNMENT SHOP AND FINGERS CROSSED THE STRUTS ARE NOT BENT. FRONT STRUTS ARE NOT BENT AT THIS TIME. PASSENGER FRONT DOOR DOES NOT LINE UP PROPERLY. YOU CAN SEE IMPACTS ON BOTH FRONT RIMS TO. I UNDERSTAND PEOPLE ARE HUMAN AND MAKE MISTAKES AS WE ALL DO BUT I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW NOBODY NOTICED ANY OF THIS DURING AN INSPECTION BEFORE THE VEHICLE WAS SOLD. IT'S SO OBVIOUS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND REACHING OUT TO THE COMPANY WHO SOLD YOU THE VEHICLE AS ALL THIS STUFF SHOULD HAVE BEEN CAUGHT WHEN THEY DID AN INSPECTION BEFORE SELLING THE VEHICLE - I WOULD ALSO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB AND ATTORNEY GENERAL IF THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO HELP YOU/REIMBURSE YOU FOR SOME OF THE REPAIRS. I GET MAINTENANCE THEY NEVER DO BEFORE SELLING A VEHICLE."

I saw they had a car that I was interested in and went there on Saturday and they were so friendly and nice and answered all the questions that I had and I ended up buying the car that day. I can’t say enough good things about this dealership and how they made the process so easy for me - I would definitely recommend this dealership!
