Took wife's 2009 GX 470 to Parker because of a loud high piched noise coming from under the hood. Unfortunately we first took it to the large Toyota dealership... in LR for the noise and an oil change, where they failed to make a diagnosis along with providing less than stellar personal service. 90 minutes after leaving it at Parker we received a text with video explaining the diagnosis along with another problem that I feel should have been easily seen when it was on the rack at the previous place getting the oil changed. We received first class customer service even though we didn't purchase the vehicle from Parker. They just earned our future business for service and probably for future purchases. Special thanks to Robin, our advisor, and Steven, our technician.
Found the GX460 I thought I wanted on-line and from my first contact (with Clark) to working with Dustin when I went down to see and drive the vehicle... was a positive experience. Everyone I came in contact with had a smile and was extremely helpful and friendly. Purchased the GX460 without ever having to endure a high pressure sales pitch. I highly recommend Parker Lexus without hesitation. Clark Benton, internet sales and Dustin Dean, sales consultant, were excellent.
The Customer Service is amazing!! The service team really knows how to take care of their customers. To making sure you understand what they did, to cleaning... inside and out your vechile to filling up your vehicle. The service they provide is second to none! Thanks again Parker Lexus! I found a vehicle through Cars.com which Parker Lexus had listed for sale. I was able to be directed to a sales person (Dustin), almost immediately. ... This dealership is 9 hours from where I am and Dustin was more than accommodating to answer questions, send pictures and work with me remotely. Customer service was above and beyond over any other that I have received through the cars.com site. I unfortunately did not purchase the vehicle I intended too but I would definitely return and recommend Dustin and Parker Lexus to anyone in the market for a new or used Lexus.
What a PLEASURE to deal with EVAN and this dealership. From the first contact Evan was so attentive, even thought we were over 3 hours away; this was JUST... the vehicle we were looking to buy; he made it all so easy; this dealership made everything possible; and within a week we were driving it home! this dealership is FIRST class and we had a great experience. Thanks to cars.com and to Parker Lexus we have the car we were searching for!
I set an appointment to purchase (program) a spare key. The service team was attentive, patient, and delightful. Chris and Paul were my service consultants.... Although I didn't purchase my vehicle from Parker Lexus I was not excluded from their quality service. The customer service was satisfactory. My calls were returned immediately after every voicemail message. I brought my car in before my appointment to ensure I would surpass the rush crowd, but my service appointment was extended. The extension of time used to program my key did not "hinder" the quality service. My car was thoroughly washed and my complimentary cookies/water added icing to my wait. Lexus has trained their staff to understand the "value" of equality, good customer service, and communication. It was "my pleasure" to do business with Parker Lexus.
My son and I have recently had the pleasure of dealing with Evan Buck, a salesperson at Parker Lexus, while shopping for my son's first car. This was a... trying time for me yet a next step in life, and I had so many questions and was very apprehensive, understandably. Evan was understanding and listened intently. He was kind during the time that it took us to arrive at a decision. Based on my experience with him, I would very highly recommend Parker Lexus. The facilities are breathtakingly beautiful, as well, and they have great cookies for guests. :-)
I have been a loyal Lexus customer for over 20 years until today. I have purchased Lexus products not only due to the quality of the vehicles but due the... professionalism and high ethical standards of Lexus dealers across several US states. Today I experienced the most unprofessional and unethical situation with a Lexus dealership in Little Rock, AR, Parker Lexus. This was the situation. On Saturday Jan.10, 2015 I visited Parker Lexus Little Rock to purchase my wife a Lexus for her birthday. Unfortunately they did not have what I was hoping for at the time. Three days later on Tuesday Jan, 13, 2015 I was contacted by a sales representative from Parker Lexus stating they had the vehicle I was looking for but it needed to go through the certification inpection process and that it would not be ready for several days. I was okay with waiting. When I called to check the status on Friday (three days later, today Jan. 16, 2015) I was told the car was still not ready and wouldn't be ready until the following week. I asked the sales representative to please find out when it would be ready and to call me back to let me know so I could come buy the vehicle. When he called me back two hours later he told me the car was in the process of being sold that very minute and that it was no longer available. This is completely unacceptable, unprofessional and unethical. I expect more from a Lexus dealership. I have never been dealt with such disregard and lack of professionalism or ethics. The sad part is, I thought Lexus NA had higher standards for selecting their dealers. I guess I was wrong. Great product but obviously little to no ethical standards for the dealer qualification process. P.S. I am not including the sales representative's name as I believe this is a reflection of the Parker Lexus dealership culture, not any one individual.
This is the 5th Lexus that I have bought from Parker. In fact I purchased the second Lexus sold by Dave Parker over 20 years ago so that truly makes me... a loyal customer. Its nice to be so well treated and to drive an outstanding automobile. I'm looking forward to my first extended road trip.
When I decided to purchase a new vehicle, I really did not know what type I wanted. My sister has owned a RX350 for several years and recommended that... I test drive one. At my first visit to Parker- Lexus, I was fortunate enough to meet with their sales associate, Evan Buck. Evan listened to my wants and needs and spent time with me to show me the features and options of the RX350. After my first appointment with Evan, I knew I would be buying my vehicle from Parker-Lexus. When I had made my decision to complete the purchase, Evan made the whole buying experience very extraordinary!! The experience reinforced that I had made the best decision to purchase my 2014 RX350 from Parker-Lexus. Evan had the car waiting on us in the showroom bay and it was sparkling!! I love, love, love my new SUV!!!! I would highly recommend Evan Buck and Parker-Lexus for anyone looking for a great vehicle and a wonderful buying experience.
