Dealer/Owner needs to hire enough drivers to pick up & deliver cars for maintenance; staff responsible for customer service should be trained better! Communication to car owners is not very good. The problems lie with the top down. I receive more communication wanting me to buy a new car rather than asking how they can serve customer better. I will be interested to see if anyone calls me after what I have written. By the way, this is my 3rd Lexus! The driver Mary is wonderful. Robin is improving although we had a rocky start. It is also difficult to really speak with someone, which says to me the staff needs to be increased to give staff enough time to communicate with the customer.

Took my Lexus ES350 in for scheduled service and,as usual, was very pleased with the results. Personnel were all friendly and helpful. This is my second Lexus car and I truly believe our Lexus dealership and service dept is the best ever! I have no complaints!!

Robin gave excellent customer service! He was timely and efficient! I appreciated his oversight with my repairs. He clearly communicated each step d the process! Also Collin was very helpful and nice!’

The salesperson lied to me about the purchase of a Lexus RX 350. She sent me an offer and I accepted. She called 3 hours later to inform me it had been sold. She tried to sell me another RX. It was all a scam.
