Maintenance department is excellent. They really go out of their way to help the customer. Sales department is only mediocre. They missed some discounts that should have applied on my last vehicle purchase - even after I brought them to their attention.

Great experience with Eric W.. He was very helpful without being pushy. Upon arrival, he already had a golf cart ready to view the vehicles we spoke about. The finance person was also very fríendly and quick to process paperwork. The car was so new that it still needed window tinting and edge protectant. As soon as we made a choice, Eric took it to the service personnel. They worked on it while the financial details were completed. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The service department is the best I’ve seen. We were in route, pulling rv, to vacation site when truck started acting up and running poorly: #7 cylinder not firing. Luckily, it was near Bob Utter Ford Lincoln. They diagnosed the problem, gave us a ride to a restaurant and fixed the problem while we had supper. Thanks to everyone involved, we were able to get to our place with very little down time. Makes me want to buy next truck there.
