Alex was great, super informative and low pressure which we really appreciated. We test drove other cars at other dealerships and there are some super unlikeable sales people so Alex was fantastic.

The Mazda sales staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and they were not pushy. The dealership does not haggle very much but the price of the SUV was already competitive.

We knew what we wanted going in, so we were an easy sale.

We knew what we wanted going in, so we were an easy sale. There was confusion about how the car would be listed, our fault, but that could have been caught prior. Once the car was ready, it was a very rushed process. The Mazda entertainment system is not user friendly and it would have been nice to have it explained other than pairing the phone to Bluetooth. Overall, not a bad experience, but could have been better.
