I arrived early, but was taken in right away. The video provided let's me know exactly what my vehicle status is. Nice feature. Comfortable waiting area also. Happy regular customer for both of our CX5's. Lorri helped me this visit, but Russ has also with the same cheerful greeting. Dylan always says hello(by name) whenever he sees me in the waiting area.
