Werner Mazda was excellent to work with.

Werner Mazda was excellent to work with. I was able to work through getting a new vehicle out of state via text and Rob was very helpful. I told him what I needed and he went above and beyond to make it happen! I just wish I loved closer so I could use the dealership for all my mazda needs

Dealership went above and beyond to make sure my tires

Dealership went above and beyond to make sure my tires were installed. There was a delay in shipping, they gave me a car to drive home. They apologized for the inconvenience, which was completely out of their control. Very happy with the entire experience.

the only thing I don't like is when they bring your car

the only thing I don't like is when they bring your car back the never put your seat back the way I have it, you only need to try to put it back, everything is awesome ty

OK, you asked.

OK, you asked. Communication left a lot to be desired. Regular oil change/tire rotation revealed leaking transmission and oil pan on a "new' Certified Pre Owned car. A "complex job" it'll take at least a week. They gave us a loaner (Excellent, thus 3 stars). But after a week had to call to check. It'll be tonight (Thursday) or tomorrow. Ghosted. Had to call again the following week. Started to launch into the 'it's a complex job" speech again so I cut that off. That's EXACTLY what you said last week then ghosted us. Apologies, we'll do better. etc, etc. They finally did the job and got our car back. We'll see how it holds up. Then on to the charges. Apparently re-sealing the Oil Pan involves removing AND SAVING the old oil, re-sealing and replacing. Had the car for nearly two weeks and had to pay for the original Oil Change because that's not included in how we do the Oil Pan reseal. ouch.

Would highly recommend Werner Mazda. Ryan in sales was terrific. No pressure, personable, quick to have car ready to test drive, easy going, knowledgable. Sales manager, Rich, was incredibly helpful in satisfactorily solving an issue with my new car. And settling on a price I was happy with was an easy, no pressure process. Dylan in service was so patient, respectful and kind in explaining the work they were doing. Eric in sales was also super responsive in helping resolve an issue and having my new vehicle delivered to me. Matt in finance was also no pressure, super personable and helpful. Can't ask for more. I'd purchase here again for sure.
