Thanks to Werner Auto for the quick and professional car inspection, oil change and tire rotation. I was in and out of the shop in record time and as always they do a great job of keeping you informed as to the progress with texts and videos of the work being done.

Great experience. Went in focused on CX50 but it was bigger than we wanted. The sales person was very patient spending 2 hours with us. We ended up buying the CX5. We never felt pressured just well supported.

I hadn't needed to shop for a new car for many years because I drove vehicles provided by my employer. So, it was with a lot of apprehension that I started out with terrible memories of previous card buying experiences. I'm glad to report that my expectations were the opposite of what I expected by dealing with Werner Mazda. Probably the best purchasing experience I can recollect for any type of product. I worked with Mike Heintz who was wonderful. He was a professional salesperson who is informative, responsive, cooperative about creating a win-win buying experience for the customer and his dealership. No typicall high pressure here. The Finance manager, Matt Lemaire, was also great to work with. He made the paperwork simple to follow given that I was buying a car out of my home state. Matt took care of the registration and insurance process which made the purchase much easier. All told, I highly recommend these people and dealership if you want to purchase a vehicle. This is not the typically frustrating, "old school" sales process that you typically encounter when buying any type of vehicle. It was my first experience with speaking to Shannon and going there to Warner for some recalls on my car. I won’t go anyplace else. I think that’s a video was good to see that, but it was hilarious for me to see my car up on the left with no wheels on it. 😂😱
