Technician was very condescending and suggested that my issue was "Operator Error". I still have the same issue with batteries dying every 2-3 months. I have a drawer full of them to prove it. On another note, waiting 4-5 hours for an oil change when it was scheduled a month in advance is absurd! Would never recommend them for any type of service.
