From the first minute we met Rob, my fiancé and I loved

From the first minute we met Rob, my fiancé and I loved working with him. He has a great personality and he’s not pushy one bit. He lets you take your time and figure out what works for you. You never feel any pressure with him! Matt in finance was great too. He made it easy and also wasn’t pushy. Werner is doing something right! And we are loving our new 2024 Mazda CX-5!!

Was taken advance of because they knew I was in a need of

Was taken advance of because they knew I was in a need of a car immediately with a certain color. Was given a price of 29k for a cx50 that had a $595 color upgrade and when I told them I want a stock black color they jacked the price up to $29.5. The next honest dealer I meet will be my 1st. Stay away

You know what the cars costs to dealers we dont. Im sure that if a car could be sold for 29k with a 600 paint upgrade it could also be sold atleast for that amount with a stock no add up black paint. Im not even going to mention the bogus $495 government fee that you wanted to charge me that doesnt exist. Im always fascinated when dealers get defensive about their practices while your whole business is based on deception. No other industry is run like that, its been going on for 80 years and at this point you all just think its normal to run a business like that. Thats why for most people buying a car is the worst experience of their lives vs being one of the happiest

GUTLESS comment???? F.U. Im very upfront with you. As stated i was quoted 29k for a car that had a 600 paint upgrade but you sold me one with a standard paint job for 29.5 cuz you knew thats what we wanted. Also lets not forget the $495 that you wanted to charge me for nonexistent government charges. Its all in texts messages if you want a reminder. PEOPLE HATE BUYING A NEW CAR because of your shenanigans

Lol. F.u is a hate speech? You can rest assured that i wont buy a car from you again but you do owe me 1 year of free maintenance and 3 years and 36k miles warranty per our contract

I disgree that this format should be private otherwise the option of having our conversation public or private shouldnt be available. Also i disagree that i hate dealing with car dealerships, i bought a brand new gmc denali last year and they were extremely professional and forthcoming. Again i wish would make your comments public so i dont sound like im talking to air. But i assume as usual you would prefer your xx is kept underwraps. Whooops was that comment a hate speech and you're going to cry to your mom?

Cameron is great.

Cameron is great. I was not happy with my new lease, and I was able to bring it back and ended up buying a car instead. Cameron made me feel much better about my purchase.
