Stopped in without an appt, asked service Mgr if he could step outside to listen to the noise my car was making. Refused. Said I needed an appt. The noise is clearly rotors and brake pads. Had appt 4 days later (unable to use car), they said it was rotors and pads... the most common wear item on car ... they didn't have them in stocks and no idea when they will be in stocks. How cab you have the most common wear item (other than tires, I guess) in stock? Svc Mgr would not see if other dealership had any in stocks. Poor management of supplies and customer service.
