While I feel AutoNation provides a great service, I am not impressed with the AutoNation sales representative here in Spokane Valley. Never really felt... comfortable with this individual and he proved to be less than professional when closing. He also made promises that he did not deliver upon. I would NOT purchase from him again.

We recently purchased an Audi Q7 TDI from Audi Spokane and the experience was exceptional. Logan, our sales professional was a pleasure to work with, he... was prepared for our arrival with three Q7s ready for us to look at and drive. The negotiation process was easy and stress free, they really made the transaction a breeze all the way through finance and delivery. Kudos to the staff and we will definitely come back to Audi Spokane for all of our future auto purchases.

Unbelievable...We arrived at your facility after driving 300+ miles in 99-104° temperatures with no air conditioning, in a road trip from the Central... Oregon Coast to Minnesota. Without an appointment, Cy welcomed us with a smile, got our Audi right in for repairs. He came out to report problem was a switch, and that it would be repaired in 30 minutes. He kept us informed of progress and price. Despite the problem, it was a wonderful experience. Thank you so much.
Very upset with the service manager Ricky. It took 2 weeks for him to call me back with the report on damage to my Q5. Timing change broke caused damage.... He told me he was calling my sons cell phone which has nothing to do with my account. When My car was dropped off I made sure they had all my phone numbers and Email. 10000-13000 for a new engine. Well I took it elsewhere for a second opinion. And I am glad I did, they also called the Audi dealership in Spokane to see if the Rings and Pistons were done on my car due to a recall. And they told them no! Which is not true because they were. This could of been a costly 3000.00 mistake for ME. Since the service was done they were able to repair my car for 3000.00 less than what it would of cost me for a new engine. Not happy with Audi, giving out incorrect information for they have in the past done all my service and follow up.

Xi is excellent at communicating about the status of the repairs and going through the repairs upon completion. Always the utmost professional.
Purchased used 2016 Kia Soul on 7/12/18. Drove home and found no spare tire. Called to ask about this and was told automation would not supply spare tire.... Was offered a can of fix a flat. Was told they did a 125 point safety check but was not noted on safety check.

A one hour appointment turned into a four hour wait. But they were great getting us to shopping at the mall.
