I had a very disappointing experience with the service department at Mitsubishi in Yeadon, PA. I brought my vehicle in on Friday for a key replacement, rim repair, and an oil change. I understood that rim repair could take a few days, but once I was told the rim repair was denied, there was no reason for my vehicle to still be delayed for basic services like an oil change and key replacement. The biggest issue was being told that “cosmetic rim damage is not covered,” when my contract clearly includes Tire & Wheel coverage with cosmetic repair. I had to advocate for coverage that I already pay for, which should never be the customer’s responsibility. To make matters worse, I was told I requested a rim replacement—which I did not. I specifically requested a repair. This miscommunication led to further delays and frustration. My interaction with the Service Manager, Steve Cravotta, was also unprofessional. He did not properly identify himself when answering the phone and questioned me when I asked for compensation due to the inconvenience. At one point, I was even told I “did not have to leave my vehicle,” which was inaccurate given the services requested. Overall, this experience lacked clear communication, accountability, and professionalism. Due to this, I will not be returning to this service center. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision.

I called them told them my credit is not that good. Oh don't worry we can get you in a car. So I went there then there attitude changed Doesn't look good it's unbelievable how all positive on phone and when you get there .They don't really want to deal with you because they know you won't get a car and they can't get there cut out of you Really had my hopes up then they killed them. Now I know how the car game is played never again. Least they taught me something never trust car dealers.

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP… Between Ace,Sue and Calvin all apart of the scam sells team sold me a 2019 BMW received error message coolant low after 24 days of having the vehicle called and text . Was told repeatedly they where busy and would call me Back as of 11/11/2025 still waiting for a call back . Finally spoke to Joe Davis the sales manager . Advised my car can be brought in to the shop . No tow coverage to the shop . Car at the shop why would a newly purchased vehicle need to be at the repair shop already . Turns out the coolant is draining into the engine . With a maybe for Coverage . This is my third vehicle i have purchased over my life and by far the worst experience ever. No willingness to help, no solutions just oh well get it fixed thanks .. I will rally to Make it know keep moving and choose another dealership
