Was gated into a car color i didnt want, the loan was

Was gated into a car color i didnt want, the loan was more than I wanted to pay, the salesperson made fun of me, the car has a catalytic converter that is high value for theft, mitaubishi doesn't have the parts needed, roadside service is a joke, ie non- existent. Bad experience all around.

I had the worst experience with Springfield Mitsubishi.

I had the worst experience with Springfield Mitsubishi. I dropped my car off at the beginning of July to the service department. I started calling their service department July 13th to get a status on my car. I was informed they had not looked at my car yet but they would be able to that night. I called a couple days later with no response. Starting on July 18th I called everyday, multiple times a day to receive an update on my car. I was put on hold every time for over ten minutes just to be disconnected. I left messages for the service manager who never got back to me. I eventually called the sales department in hopes they could assist me. I spoke with two different managers who told me they would call me back and never did. On Friday, July 22nd, I finally received a call from the service department informing me my car was ready. I arrived the next morning to pick up my car. After waiting for about 20 minutes, I was informed they could not find my keys. I was told to come back Monday. I explained I drove 40 minutes to come get my car that I was told was ready for pickup. I asked to speak with a manger and was informed there was no one available on Saturdays. After waiting over an hour and a half, I finally left, without my car. Four hours later, I received a call stating they found my keys. At that point I had to wait till Monday to pick up my car. When I arrived Monday, I was not greeted by a hello or apology rather the receptionist waving my keys stating my car was out in the lot. I am beyond appalled by the total lack of customer service. This dealership, management and service department does not value their costumers time. I will never do business with this company ever again.

I recently purchased a Eclipse Cross from Springfield

I recently purchased a Eclipse Cross from Springfield Mitsubishi and the dealers Calvin and Mike were excellent. They both were amazing in assisting me with my purchase and helping me navigate my new vehicle. I would recommend them both to anyone who is interested in purchasing a vehicle from Springfield Mitsubishi. Great customer service.

The Best Place to Purchase a Vehicle

The experience was wonderful, the whole team was a joy to be around they made the process very easy and walked me through each step in the process. My sales guy John was outstand! great personality, very professional just the best to work with. The finance team made me feel at home and explained the whole process in detail. The showroom was impeccable and the team that detailed the car did an above and beyond job. Thank you so much!!! :)

I would like to thank you guys for such great experience. You have top-notch sales people especially salesman of the year Calvin he was an awesome sales person with no pressure whatsoever he made sure I had what I needed I forgot my glasses and he even gave me his make sure I have water snacks and even brought out a box of chocolate for me thank you for all your experience thank you Calvin.

MITSUBISHI OF SPRINGFIELD STAND BY THEIR CUSTOMERS

OUR EXPERIENCE WAS AMAZING! WE WERE DEVASTATED WHEN OUR OLD CAR 2022 OUTLANDER HAD THE CATALAC COVERTER STOLLEN AS MY HUSBAND IS AN AMPETEE HE COULD NOT GET OUTSIDE BEFORE IT WAS STOLLEN. HOWEVER, I RECOMMENDED WE SHOULD CALL OUR SPRINGFIELD DEALER AND THEY HAD US COME RIGHT IN AND WE HAD OUR NEW CROSSOVER THE SAME DAY IN OUR POSSESSION. I IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED MY CO-WORKER WHO HAD HERS STOLLEN A WEEK OR SO BEFORE OURS AND MADE HER AN APPOINTMENT THAT SAME WEEK AND SHE TOO ROLLED OUT OF THE SHOWROOM AT SPRINGFIELD WITH A 2022 VEHICLE AND NOW SHE CAN DO HER JOB WITHOUT INCONVENIENCE BECAUSE SHE HAS TO TRAVEL ALL OVER THE CITY. SO HAPPY BOTH OF OUR SITUATIONS WERE TAKEN CARE OF THAT DAY. SUSSANA, JOE, CATHY, RON AND ALL THE STAFF INCLUDING THE MAINTENANCE TEAM WERE ALL CONGRATULATING US! THE FIRST TIME SUSSANA SOLD US OUR CAR AND IT WAS GREAT GOING BACK AND SEEING HER PROMOTED TO A MANAGEMENT POSISTION. Buy your next Vehicle at Springfield Mitsubishi

I have never had such a positive experience at a car dealership. The professionalism, courtesy, attentiveness, nonjudgmental, optimistic, transparent, realistic, kind and friendly approach from start to finish cannot be matched anywhere! It is genuine, caring, hardworking, passionate and compassionate staff and leadership that make the difference. It is truly a personal touch! None of these characteristics match the typical dealership. Mitsubishi Springfield is not typical. Come one and come all if you want more than a car! Honesty, nonjudgmental approach, quality customer service and product is what you will get! I am on car number 4 and I will come back when it is time to purchase again. I received phenomenal treatment that only improved each time! They did not even know my full story! A widow and single mom who was often not treated the best by previous dealers. Hard working with struggles along the way. I received beautiful vehicles and an improved quality of life based on the financial tips I learned there! They even went above and beyond to help me make my 2 daughter?s bdays so very special! I am telling you?you need to get your next vehicle from the Mitsubishi Springfield family!!!!!
