Dealership was great, sales representative was awesome and friendly. My only complaint is that on my brand new car the windshield wipers fluid to clean the windshield is defective and I don?t have time to return to have it assessed.

I had an extraordinary buying experience at his location. MR. Calvin and Mrs. Patricia made the process like a cakewalk for leasing a car. I visited almost all dealers in the area and everybody was just trying to scam the customer in the name of chip shortage but NOT AT THIS LOCATION. I got the same deal as published on the Mitsubishi site and explained every detail about CAR and lease terms. I would highly recommend this location to other people. Great team and Great Work.

The over all experience was ok, but I did not like the fact that I was there around 10, I picked out my car and knew how much my monthly payments would be around 1. I still did not get out of the dealership until after 6 pm. That was the worst experience of my life. This is the 6th new car I have brought and I have never spent this much time in a dealership! Especially knowing all the details so early in the process! That was horrible! I was there before two other customers and they were out before me! I also did not like that Mike (my sales rep) told me all the safety features of my vehicle, to benefit not only myself but my son (who was present with me), but he did not explain that the vehicle does not lock on its own! Which would have been a great feature to point out being as though I have an autistic son, who may open the door on his own in the back seat. So now I have to consciously remember to lock the door. Something I haven?t had to do since I started driving in 2006. This is something I feel should definitely be pointed out especially to those with children.
